Terrible customer service. We were told to put our name on a list and waited over 45 minutes until we finally asked someone who was taking care of customers on the list and were told ‘we don’t know’ then they just walked away and never checked back in with us. Not only did they just lose our business, but our entire wedding party’s business as well.

Went there to get measurements and quotes for a suit for my wedding staff was really helpful especially since I am a bigger gentleman that needs a larger suit they had quite a few options

The store has some great choices. We stopped in to get my son a prom suit. He knew what he wanted and our representative was super helpful and friendly. My son is happy so we are too!

walked in and was told to scan the QR code to be in the wait list and get fitted, and then associates would randomly help customers out that walked in after us while we waited. no order, poor management.

if you like standing around waiting and being ignored by all the workers I would highly recommend! If you actually want to buy something go spend more at another store and save yourself the time and headache. What a horrible experience!

My son needed to buy a suit for his new job. He was unsure what size he would need so I went along mostly for moral support. A gentleman that worked there, named Charles, provided my son exceptional assistance. He was knowledgeable, patient and a pleasure to work with. He made the process for my son easy and comfortable. Watching my son walk in the doors worried and dare I say embarrassed and have Charles make him feel comfortable and confident was well worth giving this establishment our business. I would highly recommend especially if it's a first time suit purchase.

Outstanding people there whenever you need a suit go here, I went to a couple places before that they made it so so easy and all nice people to deal with. And most of all they know what they’re doing.

I don't know if the staff are all new, because the previous reviews did not reflect my experience at all. I walked in and there were five staff in front and two customers, including me. I walked around for fifteen minutes without a single person acknowledging me as they were all busy chatting with each other. The other customer waited at the register for two minutes before one young lady asked "Did you want to buy something?" Why else would he be at the register with merchandise? I lost a lot of weight in the last year and intended to buy five good suits to start rebuilding my wardrobe, but ended up at Jos. A. Banks where I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and given a no pressure tour of the selection that met what I wanted.

Went in the other day for a quick measurement for a friend's wedding and they didn't even make me wait for my appointment! Fast friendly service and very helpful!

I stopped in to this store to look for a gift for my husband. The store was not busy on a Friday evening, but there were several staff there. In the 15 minutes was walking around the store looking at their clothes, not one person asked me if they could help me or if I was looking for something in particular. Maybe because I was a woman in a men’s clothing store, I don’t know. They had a lot of merchandise, and it looked like nice quality, but the customer service was not what I was expecting for a specialty store.
