I found the staff to be very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They are very honest and trustworthy. They don't up sell you. I went in for newplugs and for check engine light. They were able to determine reason for check engine light which did not immediate repair and assured me I didn't need new spark plugs. I know for a fact other outfits would have just gone ahead and changed the plugs. I highly recommend this Meineke on Gilbert.

Robert and his team are excellent! They are bringing back the true auto mechanic shop where they have honesty and integrity. They do not upsell you but rather tell you exactly what you need to fix your vehicle. In addition, if they find something else that needs fixing, they will add it to your quote as a recommendation. They will not force you to pay for anything but what you have agreed to have fixed.
Edit: down to 3 stars as they did not replace my H cap for my A/C system after inspecting it.

First time here and they are quick and professional. I dropped my truck off at 12 because it was sputtering, in about a hour they diagnosed the issue, 2 hours later my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. I was expecting it to be ready the next day, they far exceeded my expectations. I am definitely coming back her for all my car issues. I recommend this place to everyone!!
