After dropping a cast iron skillet on my toe with non-stop bleeding, I went to Honor Health UVC to be seen. I had no wait, was seen immediately. They cleaned me up, Provider Page saw me got me a boot to prevent additional injuries, and then sent me for X-ray.
After the X-ray showed a small fracture, because of all the previous due diligence I was already prep with everything I needed and she got me a referral to a specialist to support the remaining care.
Definitely recommend Honor for your medical needs.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience at HonorHealth, located at 2487 S Gilbert Rd, Area A108, Gilbert, AZ 85295. As a veteran, I sought medical assistance at this facility on 11/1/24 around 12:00 PM due to experiencing extreme pain. However, I was denied care solely because I did not have my physical insurance card on me at that moment, despite providing all of the necessary information to verify my insurance status. It is highly distressing to be refused necessary medical attention, particularly as a veteran who relies on accessible healthcare. I believe that no one in need should be turned away when they are in pain, especially when verification of insurance can be achieved through various means besides a physical card. I hope you will look into this matter and provide a solution to prevent similar incidents in the future. Veterans and all individuals in need should be assured that they will receive prompt and compassionate care regardless of documentation complications. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I was struggling to breathe after battling a bad cold/flu for about two weeks and finally decided to visit the closest urgent care. I have to say, the experience was way beyond anything I expected. From the start, the receptionist, Jan, had me checked in and signed up within minutes—super efficient. Then, Vanessa, the medical assistant, quickly got my height, weight, and health questions handled like a pro.
Dr. Jay came in next to assess my lungs, and let me tell you, I was a wheezing mess—barely managing shallow breaths and coughing nonstop. I felt like I had suddenly developed asthma. Dr. Jay confirmed the issue, got me on two pills, wrote me a prescription for an inhaler, handed me a water bottle, and had me out the door in 30 minutes flat.
It’s been a day and a half, and I can finally breathe again. My lungs feel opened up, and I feel amazing. I'm glad they sent an email asking about my visit because this team deserves all the praise. Huge thanks to everyone who helped me—your professionalism and hospitality were unmatched. Grumpy selfie from my group chat for giggles.

As the 1 star suggests, I had a horrible experience with this NP. The one star is for the kindness from other employees. I was in the office for over an hour. The NP Laura O didn’t check anything relating to my symptoms had me repeat myself over and corrected my grammar. Took 20 minutes to write a two sentence doctor’s note and print papers that I denied care ( I could not afford to go to ER) that’s why I chose the Urgent care. She also denied me options then referred me to ER. When explaining my need for financial assistance she ignored it a repeated “everyone in America can’t afford heath care” “everyone is in the same situation as you”. Laura O had zero compassion or care for her patients.

Waited 45 mins to simply be able to check in. No one was at the front desk! Waited a good bit longer after that for a simple drug screen. Poor customer service but had to use this urgent care for my job prescreen drug test.

I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience. Any time one goes to urgent care, is obviously not the best day, but the staff was so kind and efficient, going the extra mile. I felt like I was in very good hands. To Rachel and Kelly in particular- thank you!
