So many good things to say about this business!! Always exceptional customer service, so I am confused by the few negative reviews. This place is my one stop for all my package (USPS, UPS, and FedEx) drop-offs/shipments! They also were able to help with my wife’s finger prints she needed for work. Family run operation and they are always happy to help!

Horrible customer service. Made an appointment and showed up early. They keep taking walk-ins ahead of me and just rudely tell you ‘we’ll take you at your appointment time’ do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Horrible customer service - came in to get my finger prints taken - came 15 minutes early- no one in store asked if he could take me early and he barked at me and my daughter NO!. Ok so we stepped over to the counter a guy named Jacob walked in and he barked at him to get his paperwork out and ready so my daughter told me to do the same- I said I have 15 minutes since he won’t take us early- he then started scolding me and barking again at me this time in front of 2 people that he is not taking me early. My daughter and I were shocked. I told him my day and I were talking and we understood that he was not going to take us early. We watched him treat 2 other people so rudely but he insisted on yelling at us. He asked me rudely for my information and took my prints- we left .

Absolutely horrible service. Had an emergency and tried calling with no luck getting someone to pick up. I drove to the location and the tall guy with no hair and glasses told me it’s okay come after 2:30 because he is very busy which I did. Since I stepped in the door he tells everyone how busy he is and he continued to let people in front of me because they have an appointment even though I told him that I can reschedule and he said, no that’s fine. An hour later, I am still waiting because people keep walking in with appointments. Don’t tell me it’s okay to come back if you are not going to communicate that to me. What a waste of time!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Go to a real Fed Ex. Very rude employee and not a real Fed Ex center/couldn't help and pissed off the customers in front of me or myself. Went in for a return, the email says "no need for a printing label, just hand this bar code to fed ex employee and that's it!" Was extremely rude and said he could not do that and that's not how it works, so I took it down the street to a REAL Fed Ex and was in and out in 30 seconds with no problem. Will not be returning!

The gentlemen who runs this business is wonderful to work with. During busy hours he is courteous, professional and you can tell that he knows the ins and outs of all of the many services that they offer. I had to make an appointment for fingerprinting here and he got me in right on time even with a steady stream of business.They also provide passport photos, printing, shipping and a variety of other services.

Mail and More. It really is all in a name. They do so much more than mail. I shipped a package and the owner was highly knowledgeable, friendly and provided me the best rate in town. Need a packaged shipped overnight or internationally or maybe sending an important or nit so important letter, Mail and More is your place for great friendly and knowledgeable service. A box to ship an item back to an online store. The staff is very helpful, friendly and efficient. They offer mailboxes, shipping, shipping supplies, printing and copies.Fedex, UPS and USPS agent.
