I was very impressed by the services provided at the store. I see a lot of bad reviews, maybe that is why I was able to get an appointment on a short notice. MUA Wasan is just perfect! My initial MUA canceled my appointment and I had to find someone super quick. Wasan did such an incredible job on my very special day. I would really recommend stopping by and have an appointment with her for any of your special occasions!

I have purchased MAC products since 2009 and I went in today at the San tan location to get my usual monthly stock and the girl at the register was not friendly at all and then proceeds to tell me she cannot find me in the system : I told her I have been coming here since 2009 and I have re-registered 2 times once at chandler mall in Dillards and once here at San tan and I also order online, she stated they cannot control that Dillard deletes profiles. This is just unacceptable when you pay hundreds of dollars at their store . I will not be back and just order online.

I walked in and walked right back out. The girl was so incredibly rude! The girl that hair barely touches the back of her neck. With the dusty smoky eye. She needs to learn how to talk to people. I just wanted to buy a lip liner and clearly was on the phone (I know they're gonna talk to me) which is fine but her entire tone and she wasn't genuine at all. Like if you didn't wanna help me why did you initiate the conversation. I run my own business and not telling Mac how to run theirs but that's absolutely atrocious. I'm good and on my way to Sephora.

Allison was fantastic! I came in for painterly paint pot and she also gave a sample of moisturizer to try. She was very knowledgeable, efficient, and had great customer service. Go see her!

I love Mac products I have been using them for years I am a big fan of the Mac prep and prime My favorite is the radiant rose pink it is great to use before you put on your make up helps keep it on all day I like the fact that it is very easy to know what kind of under challenge you are NC is a yellow undertone NW is a pink undertone I love the prep spray that they sell here it is really nice to use with keeping your make up in place to mist all over your face they also sell it in trial size one thing very nice about MAC Cosmetics is they have really great make up brushes that last a really long time and they also sell brush cleaner to keep your brushes clean which definitely is a money saver I love the fact that Mac does a recycle program A lot of people don't know that but you can recycle with Mac so it could be a empty foundation bottle it could be an empty mascara bottle empty lipstick anything plastic except they don't take pencils so if you have lip pencils and eyebrow pencils those cannot be recycled This location is great at giving you a color match so you find exactly what you need with the right correct color that you will be happy with they always have a lot of items in stock and will go above and beyond and check in the back to make sure they have it I highly recommend this establishment for anybody looking for a new skin care or new foundation they are very great at what they do and will help you find exactly what you need I will definitely be coming back here again very soon next time I am in the area from work great products in work right customer services to come

I've never been a supporter of MAC since they're not cruelty-free. I was at this spot to find a lipstick to gift to my friend since she loves their brand. I asked the ladies where to find said lipstick and they completely turned me away. Didn't show me where the lipstick was, just waved over to the direction, "It's over there somewhere..." yeah, very helpful. They even gave me that look like "What is she doing here?" kind of attitude. OVER THE TOP RUDE. Now this adds to the list of why I don't support MAC. Bratty entitled rude staff.

Love this location! Lisa is amaaaazing! Everyone's always so welcoming. I saw Lisa for my wedding rehearsal dinner (pic with the "bride" shirt) & I'm kicking myself for not returning for my actual wedding! I came back today for family pictures (maroon dress w/Snapchat filter) & Lisa was just as amazing as the first time! :)

Went in for a product, but it was sadly out of stock. The saleswoman, within 90 seconds, called a nearby store to have them hold my desired item for me (limited edition highlighter. Snowflushed to be specific).
