When I first started to come here I loved it. Recently I came to get a full set and the service was terrible. I asked for a red french tip, my nails are super chunky, the lines are not clean at all, and she rushed the entire things.

I really enjoy Luxor Nail Lounge. I'm a professional musician and everything on me needs to be presentable and classy. They always have time to help me out, from a full set of nails, a pedicure, even fixing a broken nail for me close to closing time. Every technician has done a great job, but Jane takes it to another level. She engages with her customers, takes into account their thoughts and ideas, and isn't afraid to offer cautionary advice if a look may not be practical or work out. She's awesome. I'm not stuck on the salon for two hours. They honor my appointment times. I'm deeply satisfied with it all.

Pros: you can walk right in and be helped on the spot Cons: you're going to leave a mess. I had an acrylic removal and a dip. The tech rushed through the process and i'm not really sure why there was nobody waiting? She was also kinda rude and aggressive with my hands like somehow I was bothering her by being there. Each nail is sticking to the skin underneath and the edges weren't even cleaned up. Despite washing my hands twice I'm walking away with stuff all over my hands.

i wasn't going to leave a bad review but i came in for a fill and somehow managed to get bumpy nails that were not what i asked for. after 2 weeks my nail pops off. they also didnt listen to the color i wanted and i paid $75 for a fill.

Edit: the gel has completely started lifting off my nails , the gel was all over my cuticles and not cleaned properly. So disappointed. Picked this place to take my mom yesterday May 11th I paid fo a good service mine was 70+gel and my moms was around 55+gel. The lady's were nice but honestly didn't do a good job at painting my nails didn't seem like she wanted to try her best. I won't be going there again. Wasted my money.

So i originally came to the nail salon and I liked it. But after being here about five times I kept getting attitude from the owners the skinny male and rechel who was nice my first couple of appointments. The first time that I came here, they charged me $60 for builder gel on my natural nails. Ever since then she would just fill my nails and then was charging $70 for the fill. I don't do designs i get French tip every time. I also thinking it's odd that you can Apple Pay them. The place is clean but it's the experience and cost im not interested in. There was no consistency and the male would always try to charge more but luckily because I was Apple paying them I could see my history of what I paid them. I do not like shady establishments and I don't like establishments that don't have clear pricing. Onto finding a new salon yet again!

Jackie is my nail tech and she does awesome pedis and acrylics. Never an issue and she is very professional. I had a previous issue with owner charging different amounts for the same nails and service but for the most part this is a clean and nice nail salon.

The salon is clean and bright. I got a dip manicure and they did a wonderful job! The perfect shape and color. And the staff were all very friendly. I will be back next time I'm in town.

Overall good experience! Called about an hour ahead and made an appointment for 2 pedicures with no issues. Got right in and started on us right away. Nice ladies, not pushy at all even when we chose basic pedis and plain polish. Could have gotten a bit more of a foot massage that I’ve had at other places but oh well. I didn’t pay for a “foot massage” so can I really complain? Nice color selection from little books instead of the giant walls of polish. Toes came out decent. Will go back because of the location and ease of service ??

Absolutely love getting my and my family's nails done at Luxor Nail Lounge. It's nice with a luxurious feel and the technicians treat you professionally.We do dip nails and my girlfriend who I referred does acrylic nails...either way we receive top notch and quality work. When the typical nail salon smells like fumes, you don't get that at Luxor Nail Lounge which I am truly grateful. The cost is comparable to other locations. The salon is ALWAYS clean. The chairs are relaxing and the product they use last.This is a great place. Every technician is delightful and engaging. Jimmy, Jackie, and Rachel do fantastic designs. We've put them to the test and have seen other patrons leave very joyful about their other intricate designs. Fon, Vy, Jane+ do great pedicures. We are just very happy to have found this site after leaving our other salon after 5 years. We've had services at Luxor for over 4 months now and have made this salon home.
