To tell the truth I wasn't a fan of Lowes previously. I always went to Home Depot. However, my mind is being changed. I like your selections and I especially like your Ego products. It was also very nice that a staff member asked me if they could help me find what I was looking for. Awesome!

Massive American home-improvement & construction supply store. Staff is helpful and attentive. Large selection of lumber, plumbing supplies, electrical supplies, lighting supplies, etc. If you're doing a project at home this is a great place to find what you need.

Extremely rude old man with a beard working in the Appliance section today at 9:40am … didn’t catch his name but ignore me multiple times when I was trying to get his attention to ask a question then when he finally did address me he yelled “what”. Not sure if he was on a lunch break because he was snacking on a cookie but seems odd to be on the floor and eating if you are on break clearly didn’t want to help … he can across racist to be honest… I immediately left the store and went to Home Depot

Lowe’s on Gilbert & Warner is lucky to have dedicated employees like Otto Click & Eric in their flooring department. Otto deserves to be the supervisor as he is very knowledgeable, professional & customer oriented. I have been there so many times for my flooring project & he is ever ready to help. No matter what the issues are, he willingly handles them making sure that all the customers’ needs are fulfilled.
In short, if Otto was not there to help facilitate my flooring project, I may have walked away.
I am sure that I am not the first person or the last person to say all this about Otto.

Lowes is, by far, my favorite hardware store. The customer service is top-notch. The way the store is organized and laid out in a way that actually makes sense and is easy to navigate. If they don't have what I need in the lumber section, they are happy to order it for me. I won't shop anywhere else for my construction and hanyman needs. I highly recommend Lowes!
