I contacted Lotus Restoration Services after we experienced a slab leak in our spare bathroom. From the initial call to the final inspection by Project Manager Johnny, the situation was handled expediently and professionally. The workers replaced drywall, tile, molding, the vanity, toilet and painted. They managed to texture the walls and blend the molding and paint seamlessly. They showed up on time, cleaned up after and were courteous and friendly. I appreciate the professionalism from start to finish and highly recommend Lotus Restoration Services. If we experience another disaster in the future, I will call them again!

I would highly recommend Lotus Restoration Services. Every employee I interacted with from **** in the office to ****** and his crew **** and ****** were professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They were timely and communicative throughout our restoration process. It was a small project for them, but they treated it with as much importance as a high dollar large job. I feel confident any mold/moisture has been removed from our home. Thank you, Lotus!

We had an AC water leak in our attic and needed to see if we had black mold as a result. Our appointment was quickly scheduled, Josh arrived 15 minutes early and was incredibly polite, thorough and honest. We are VERY impressed with this company and will use them for future construction repair needs.

I called Lotus on a Sunday night because my AC was leaking into my Ceiling. Jill gave recommendations for HVAC Companies to fix the leak and had a Lotus crew to my house the next morning to clear out the damaged ceiling and to dry out the area. Chris (who worked on everything) was wonderful with answering all of my questions and very responsive to texts. If I could give more stars I would.Services: Mold inspection

Matt Ross was awesome! His professionalism, mannerism, communication, and sweet soul made the experience so much more easier to deal with. Just want to say thank you to the great staff there for taking care of a friend of mine who’s just experienced a major plumbing emergency. She reached out seeking info on next steps to take and spoke to owner apparently. I’m told this woman responded quickly (which is huge in a situation like this) and was above and beyond helpful and informative and generally seemed to actually empathize and care about helping. Not a common thing these days unfortunately. So just a big thank you for the exceptional service.

I cannot speak more highly of my experience with Lotus! Tanner from Lotus came out to check to see if there was mold behind my wall due to water damage. Tanner did a thorough inspection and after inspection told me that there was no mold so I asked what I owe him for the inspection and he said nothing. He wouldn’t even accept a tip. I don’t know any service provider to ever do an inspection for free so I was blown away to hear that I didn’t owe anything. It speaks to the honesty and integrity of the leadership and staff. I would highly highly recommend Lotus to anyone and everyone. I will call no other company for my mold and restoration needs. Thanks for taking great care of me Lotus team!Service: Mold inspection
