Hair by Richelle Lauren worst Salon experience ever for myself and my teenage daughter. After repeatedly boasting about her 13 years experience and questioning my appointment if it was today which it was then stopping in the middle of shampoo my daughter's hair to pull me into the Hall and tell me my daughter has lice which a head Pharmacist Doctor and another salon proved false that afternoon it was just dandruff a few flakes. Richelle told us repeatedly she needs to better educate herself yes reeducate yourself meanwhile you have crushed the confidence of a girl insulting a parent giving a first time salon experience nightmare and as a parent you fell a thousand times the hurt your child does very unprofessional place never again posh walls don't give you professional people. Thank God I turned it around at another salon where they made my girl feel like royalty and we're caring and professional. Never again worst Salon filthy when we entered and other stylist there in that closet of a room was sitting staring was uncomfortable and awkward to say least. Never have I ever!

i had a wonderful visit to hair by richelle lauren today. easy to find, clean & not over crowded, fun, quiet & relaxing time here. all of the ladies are very professional that work here. Richelle did a great job on my hair today. she lightened my roots, cut & toned the rest of my long hair & waxed my brows. im very pleased with her work. i did notice parking spaces could be hard to find at times when the shopping center is busy.
