10/10 every single time. Been coming here for over a year and they’re my go to for anniversary, valentines and birthday flower arrangements. Ilana puts thoughtfulness, care and creativity into every arrangement and she’s great to work with! No matter the occasion, Lily of the Valley is the way to go.

This review is several months overdue, but I wanted to take a moment to thank Lily of the Valley Florist for their exceptional service. They truly went above and beyond when I needed a last-minute flower delivery to my sister the day before a major holiday, just before they were about to close. Living out of state, I was struggling to find a way to support my sister during a difficult time, and they were incredibly empathetic and understanding of my situation. Not only did they manage to make the delivery happen, but they also created a beautiful floral arrangement that brought comfort to my sister. Their kindness and empathy were much appreciated.

Our experience with Ilona was phenomenal. The flowers were beautiful and she was so helpful and kind throughout the process. She even helped me set up the flowers on our tables. I believe she's the best florist in Gilbert and she would be my first stop for any houseplant, flowers and bouquets in the future.

Rude owner, rude staff. I was given flowers that were old and not fresh as advertised, almost seems like it's fraudulent on how the transaction was done. I refuse to consider this place anymore. Will be going to another flower shop.

When I tell you this is the ONLY place I will ever go for flowers in all of AZ. Lily of the Valley is truly a gem of a location with the nicest and most considerate team. Ilona and Samantha not only provide exceptional service but their bouquets are out of this world! Ilona and Samantha - you have a FOREVER customer.
