Probably the worst Life Time I’ve been to, mens dryer always broken, basketball courts need to be swept through more than once, not just in the mornings, the floors be so slippery during the evening when most of the crowd actually comes, we pay too much a month for this membership to not get quality anymore!

Nothing special. I was a member here years ago and they’re now charging an exorbitant amount for less of what it was. They moved out probably about 75% of the machines. Like, if it’s not broken don’t fix it. They act like they’ve done all these upgrades but they haven’t. Unfortunately this is another sad story of a massive corporation only caring about the bottom line. On a positive note though, Cameron at the front desk was super cool.

My husband and I are looking for a new gym in our area and decided to check out lifetime in gilbert on a Sunday afternoon. We walk into the front desk and asked for a day pass to test out the gym. We were told, you are not allowed to drop in without a tour and no one was there to give us one. On top of that it's 40$ for a day pass. I don't know about you but I think I can find my way around a gym. I feel like it's a very inconvenient way of bringing in new members. We already did the hard part of walking through the door.

Pretty chill LT, not sure why the only cold water fountain in the whole building is in the mens locker room, other than that pretty chill, could use some more cable attachments definitely lacking on that front, Bahram good sir might wanna get on that. Cheers

Front desk was incredibly sweet and professional, made my day by their friendliness! The gym is without a doubt top notch in every aspect and accommodation! I’d love to join PickleBall games sometimes, found out they have more than meets the eye, endless cardio, swimming pools indoor and outdoor, steam and saunas, showers, everything to shave and freshen up. The stretching area and weight room has everything I could ask for with a strong AC, thank you Life Time!

The new management is running it into the ground. It used to be really nice now not so much. It’s gotten to expensive with upgrading the facility. Ans the GTX classes are loud and obnoxious. Many members are entilied.

Honestly, this is one of the worst life time facilities I’ve been to. For the aloha group classes, the coaches just stand around on their phone or cancel the class after 5 minutes of waiting. Also, the gym lacks diversity. Not worth the $$$ especially if you’re looking for group fitness classes. Go somewhere where the coaches will be more engaged and get your money’s worth.

I have tried on multiple days and times to call to ask simple questions and no one has ever answered the phone.

I've been here several times. It's not my normal lifetime, but I have found it nice and clean and not as crowded as some other lifetime locations.

The best gym and fitness center I've ever seen or used. The many swimming pools offer more fitness choices than most any gym I've seen.

Prices keep increasing. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Machines don’t work , I can never use the pool. Stuff goes missing. People steal. But what really got me is the way the people who work here treat you like your garbage and look at you like you’re stupid. Such a disappointment. Don’t waste your money on this awful gym

This happened to my sweet baby in the childcare area. Sharp corners everywhere. Never let these people near your child! Think twice if the workout is worth it.

I’ve gone to gyms all of my adult life and I’ve never experienced the employees ruining such a great facility like this location. Every way you turn, you’re getting scolded for breaking some pathetic rule. The management is rude to everyone and they speak condescending to you. The lifespa front desk women are incompetent. The pickleball court gal doesn’t like when kids reserve times to play on “her courts” because she doesn’t think they will know how to play. Lifeguards are heartless and rude. It’s just miserable being there, even though I pay $220 to go there per month, after experiencing what I have, you couldn’t pay me enough to attend this gym.
