Please stay from Lendmark. I have had a number of accounts there. I applied online to their branch, i waited a few days but I didn’t hear from them. I called the office to get the application reviewed. I was advised that the branch manager was out and the application would be looked at next day. Of course, I had to call back to get an answer. I was advised that the call could not be completed even though they and I verified the phone number. It sounds they just didn’t want to deal with me. I respect their business decision, just communication is obviously an issue still.

A very stressful experience. Came to find out their hidden terms. I provided everything they needed only for them to still need money from me out of pocket. Waste of weeks of time and effort.

Elci and Sherrie were absolutely awesome helping me and my wife get approved for a loan and quick and easy, they were very patient since we didn't have everything fully prepared, helped along the way. Would highly recommend them, extremely helpful and patient!

For starters, the associates here are rude and unprofessional. Second, they run your credit score multiple times for the same reason, to deny you after 2-3 months of trying to get the loan. Third, they will argue with you about everything and anything. I would stay away from this place. Jessica was extremely unhelpful.

This has been the easiest loan process I've been through. Elci and Obed are great. Very responsive and informative and they were willing to work with me even after changing my mind about what vehicle I wanted to use for collateral. The entire process was 1-2 days long and the time in the actual office was just like 15 min total.

Very helpful and supportive. Even when I didn't have my stuff together they were patient, not only helped get a better loan rate on another loan, lowered my monthly payments, and still walked away with enough money to pay the bills I originally wanted the loan for. Great place and great, friendly people.
