Worst insurance ever ! One i literally have to call them for updates on my claim. I have to call the other insurance to basically do my insurance job. Then a whole month later they send me a letter saying i didn’t have coverage during the time of my accident . Keep in mind they had there systems down for almost 3 weeks. I have my account on auto pay . You took my claim and sent and adjuster out and when i called for updates you would give them to me . So how did i not have coverage ? Worst insurance ever !!!!

Worst of the worst insurance companies!!! Run away ! If you need a company based on lies this is the perfect one!! They will tell you one price and after you sign the contract they will call saying oh sorry your policy is 30k higher. Will charge down payment and then will tell you that actually they did a mistake charging so much and on the policy will be half of the money but they will not return the difference because that’s “fees” .. jasmine is not replsponsible agent and the supervisor is even worse!! Worst costumer service and poor service! Will rip you off totally!
