Apparently the store closes customer service more than half an hour early. I'm sorry, why is that a thing?

Went to Subway got in 8:50p.m. sign was open doors unlocked the gentleman inside said that they were closed and could not serve me. I looked down into the cooler all the meats and veggies were still in place.I believe that he should have locked the doors if he could not serve.

Bashas at Lakeview. Hub and I ordered sandwiches...not a good idea. Dry bread and confused deli guy. Next time, Burger King.
