Kwik Pets seriously impressed me with my recent order! My dog shampoo arrived super fast, and the packaging was secure, no worries about leaks. I haven't used the shampoo yet, but with how smooth everything went, I'm sure it'll be great too!

I'm sorry but this company has the most horrible customer service ever I can't even get in touch with anybody. My package was sent to the wrong address got sent back haven't heard anything from the company tried calling the company multiple times today nothing won't even let me cancel my subscription which I haven't even got my first item and not to mention that I used to buy this same product f10 veterinarian disinfectant on Amazon but for some reason you can't buy it on Amazon anymore you have to go through the company that needs to be resolved ASAP says the location that you're sending it to cannot be delivered I've reached out to the company because of that issue too no response

Really, really impressed with the packaging. Ordered liquid disinfectant concentrate, and the people at Kwik Pets actually took the time to WRAP the bottle so it wouldn't leak all over the box if it broke open during shipping. Good prices, quick shipping, and thoughtful packaging. Will be ordering online again.

Placed an order for some medication my vet said would be cheap enough with my budget. Paid extra for priority shipping so I could give it to my kitten in time. They held my package for no reason and refuse to give me a refund for the priority I PAID for. My kitten passed away because it didn't get the medicine in time. Wouldn't recommend.

Found this place on Google. I delt with a wicked friendly gentleman named Scott. I got some lobsters flavored cat treats. The price was cheaper here than going to a big box retailer. This will be my go to spot for treats. I just wish you could get meow mix single cups in the wet food. Then this place would be a one stop shop for me.
