At 73, in cancer treatment, had to arrange for a ride and when went into store didn't see any employees. My daughter had to go find someone for me to speak with about the pillow came into store to purchase. That lady was very nice and told me about having to get online, as not carried in store. I did find a large structured crossbody purse that I had been searching for - a pleasant surprise. Will check online now, before getting ride to store - just to save time and gas.

I usually don’t shop here often mostly online and out of nowhere a blonde short hair older lady just comes off as plain rude working the cashier station definitely needs to work on tone and customer service and how to approach someone. I didn’t know my merchandise has the white sensor when at self checkout when I was leaving and heading out and she assumed it was my sunglasses and jewelry giving me a feeling like I was stealing, when I only purchased one shirt.

I know corporate decided to do the remodels and put the Sephoras in but I personally like the old Kohls. Kohls lost alot of room putting Sephora in and it doesnt seem to do enough business. Your Junior dept used to be lively and laid out well,it's lifeless in that back corner. Target did it right, Kohls didn't. Store is boring and lifeless but some prices still good.
