I heard about this place from some friends of mine since I’m new to the area. I was greeted by a friendly and helpful woman at the front (her name escapes me) but she was very good. She asked about what I wanted done and what to expect service wise. She even was upfront about taking my vehicle to another place for a certain service because they would be much cheaper than they would be. John the service manager would check in about the process and asked if I would like to proceed with certain maintenance. I picked up my vehicle and before I did, they told me the parts they installed are coveredfor a year (plus in certain circumstances). They are very honest and upfront about everything they’re doing. Everyone’s friendly as well. They will definitely have my repeat business in the future.

Kobar's is the place I've trusted for years. I've gone to see them first for every issue I've ever had, because they're close by, family-owned and always honest with me. I feel like they really care about my wellbeing in the vehicle and it shows in the service they provide. Trust is hard to come by, but you never have to question it with them. Also, I just learned that they do pre-purchase inspections for private seller purchases and I wish I had known this sooner. What a great service to offer.

We have brought our cars to Kobars for years. They are honest, transparent, and their prices are good! They communicate clearly and it’s easy/quick to get your car in for service. Love this shop! Our go-to!!

These guys are fair, and honest. My wife took her car there, and they get the work done quickly. I took my SUV in, and they fixed my AC, replaced my fuel pump, and gave a tune up. I wasn't with my ride for more than 24 hours. It's hard to find a good, honest mechanic.

I brought my truck in for a second opinion that I received from the dealer regarding a gasket replacement on the timing cover due to a minor oil leak. Kasey at the front desk was very helpful and said that they’d take a look at it. I dropped it off and after a couple of hours they checked it out and concurred that there was indeed a very minor leak and they didn’t recommend any immediate action.
I also asked Kasey for an estimate on this repair which she provided. The estimate was much lower than the dealer and get this, no charge for the second opinion!
I used to bring my Jeep to Kobar’s years ago and always felt confident in their analysis, skills and most important, their honesty. I will now be a returning customer to Kobar’s for future maintenance and repairs on my vehicles.

This is the place you can trust completely. The mechanics are top in their field , the front office staff knows more about cars than I do, and they aren't the one's working on the cars. The labor costs are in line with the market value of automobile shops in the area. All in all, great shop.

I was sent this way by a fellow coworker; I had explained a previous situation with other shops and they were not trustworthy and after a demons opinion found they were just trying to take advantage of me. I don’t know nothing about cars but I do know some things. I was pretty annoyed being that I had established a profile and been going there for simple things. This place was so dang friendly explained everything they were gonna do possible outcomes very up front no hidden agendas. I really felt it was genuine and they took care of my problem which was the AC not blowing cold air and not it’s so cold I need a jacket! Fantastic. Excellent service and a trustworthy shop 10/10 recommend. Thank you!!!

These guys are awesome! I have had 3 different cars over the past few years and I have taken them all to Kobars for any issue that comes up. They are quick to get you in for service, extremely fair on the price, and always honest with me. Highly recommend!

Car problems are never fun but especially when you are traveling. I was visiting friends on Spring break when we found an oil leak and noticed a "growling"noise the last 100 miles or so coming into town.
Our friends recommended Kobars and I'm so glad they did. They quickly diagnosed the problem and when it was discovered that it was a fauly part that the dealership had installed just months earlier, they referred us to a local dealership and told us how to work with them to warranty the part out.
When I asked how much it would be for the diagnostic, they said there was no charge. If I lived in this area, they would have my business all the time. I wish I could find a mechanic like this at home.

It is amazing to have a great auto shop that you can trust to take care of you. They remember me and my vehicle. They always take time to explain options and help me get the best results. Super friendly and great customer service.
