We went into the store at 7pm. 3 women working. One was vacuuming the other 2 were engaged in a conversation. We were searching for an infuser. Not one employee attempted to assist us. We found the item on our own and when it came time to checkout no the other 2 employees moved to the back of the store to continue there conversation. We had to request assistance and Mindy finally came over to ring us up. I felt like they did not appreciate my business. I will not be coming back to this location again.

For the price of the items, you would think they were great quality. Not the case. Only person in the store and neither of the folks working even acknowledged my presence.

Smells like an old shoebox.Prices are pretty high. The Payless business model is strong. (Price really, REALLY high and discount to sell at a 30% markup)Same stuff at Ross, marshals, goodwill Etc..Would not recommend buying anything here.

If I could put in a 0 rating I would. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They messed up an online order, admitted it was buried in back, but took no responsibility and just told us we’d have to call corporate during business hours. Do not shop here, total rip-off !

Would give a 0 rating if possible. Do not shop at this location unless you enjoy being treated rudely by store employees. We placed an online order, were never notified that all the items were received in store. Finally called to find out the order was in, but when I got there they said 1/2 the order was cancelled because we didn't pick it up soon enough. Instead of being helpful the associate told us we needed to call corporate in the morning. She was very rude and had 0 compassion. Worst customer service ever.

So, if you're looking to save money on home decor, here's a little secret. Home Depot online carries a lot of Kirkland items for about half the price, sometimes, even less than that! So, unless you're getting a deeeeep discount when purchasing in the store, don't waste your money. If you're going to pay for for quality, shop elsewhere. You won't find that here.
