I recently visited Kelly Automotive in Gilbert, Arizona, and had a disappointing experience. A week ago, I called and spoke with a gentleman named Aaron, who provided me with pricing over the phone for engine and cabin filters, wheel alignment, and fuel induction for my truck. The prices he quoted were very competitive, about half the cost of what my Kia dealership was charging me ($600 vs. $380). Based on these prices, I decided to give them a try.
However, when I arrived today and was waiting for the service, Aaron approached me and informed me that the prices had increased, making the total cost more expensive than what Kia would have charged. The engine and cabin filters, which were initially priced lower, suddenly went up by $20, and the fuel induction service jumped from $149 to $343!
I felt completely bait-and-switched. After waiting about 90 minutes for them to replace my filters, I ended up paying much more than originally quoted. I don't appreciate this kind of service and cannot recommend Kelly Automotive because of this experience.
I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

My experience was great as always! I have had my car serviced here 3 or 4 times and I have always been happy with the experience and would recommend trying them out to anyone who needs their cars oil changed.

We have had Kelly's work on our 4 Runner for several years. They always have exceptional service but today they took it to a whole new level of service. My husband dropped the 4 Runner off this morning and was going to Uber to his work site. Marcello offered to drive him there instead which was so very kind of him and much appreciated by my husband.

I have taken a few cars to Kelly's mostly for maintenance type items and have always had a good experience. Definitely feel I save money vs a dealer, and most importantly they provide honest feedback about my vehicle. Example: I just brought my Honda in for a brake issue - I did my own brakes in this vehicle about 25k mi ago. It needed rotor resurfacing or replacement. I knew exactly what it needed. They told me my pads were fine, and it needed rotor resurfacing (not replacement). Exactly what I expected. They easily could have told me I needed a full brake job. I will continue to bring my vehicles to Kelly's. Really appreciate their service and support.

Really great experience at Kelly’s. They gave me good advice on my car and gave me advice that did not include spending more with them. Always awesome to have a honest automotive interaction. I will absolutely be back.

Heard many great things but did not live up to the hype. Took my car in as all the lights on the dash were on, they ran their report couldn’t figure out why. Told us they drove it around A LOT to hopefully figure it out. Only recommendation made was a $3,000 fix and they weren’t even confident that it would even fix the issue! Best part is once I picked up the car there was a nice BIG crack in the windshield across the whole windshield!!! When I brought up the fact that that crack was not there when I dropped it off, I was told it might have happened when they were test driving it or from flexing when it was up on the lift. Told me tough luck and wouldn’t do anything about it!! Still made me pay for the “report” and left me with a nice big crack! Very disappoint in how the whole thing was handled. Definitely will not be going back!

Such a great experience! Head and shoulders better than what I was quoted at my dealership! They feel like family
