We walked in at 7:59 not realizing they were close to closing and the guy said “we close in a minute are you guys actually gonna buy anything?” So we turned and walked out. We did plan on buying something but not anymore.

What a worthless, overpriced store. You would think there would be a single shirt recognizing the Diamondbacks making it to the World Series this year, but no. The store when you walk in is full of Suns and Cardinals merchandise from past seasons. Those teams suck. I would have liked to buy merchandise from the only local team that isn't garbage. Also I wanted to add that it looks like the first review for this place is over 13 years old. That's insane! How is it possible this store is still open? It's in such a fantastic location it could literally be anything else. This place only has horrible reviews going back over a decade.

I'd rate it less if I could. Employees were not only unhelpful but downright rude. I'd ask to speak to the manager but he was one if the rude ones!

I wish I could even comment on the quality of product that they carry in store but they don't seem to adhere to the store hours they have posted. Showed up at 8:25 to find the store doors already locked for the night with employees inside. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere

Unfair and deceptive practices on their return policy. Bought a Michigan T shirt for my grandfather day before Xmas. Went to exchange for a different size, they were out of that product. So I tried to get a credit towards a bigger purchase I was making. But their receipt, which reads like a contract and I received POST purchase, of course.... says no returns for 'event' items. Nothing ever disclosed my item was an 'event' item. Every sports venue is an "event". I would never had purchased the product if I had known.Spoke to their regional manager, Mark, he was polite but unwavering on taking the return. Just Sports just lost a customer who spends about $800 a year in his stores the past decade. And Thanks for charging me $37 premium price for an "event" item that was in such demand, you didn't have any in stock for an exchange. In the end, once the receipt is printed, you've bought on non disclosed terms that the vendor is now in control.

Online prices are different then in store prices, won't match online prices and no way to purchase online and pick up in store.

Lame store. Terrible employees, lots of the goods they sell are damaged or kind on wonky misprint's. Stopped in last night and neither employee knew how to complete a transaction so couldn't buy anything. They seemed more interested in talking on their phones "trying to get a hold of the "owner"". Lame x10 go buy stuff online!

Worst employees ever! Not helpful, they actually didn't want to help. They need training in customer service or hire staff that care.

pretty horrible selection unless you’re a diamondbacks, dodgers, or Cubs fan… maybe instead of having 8 full racks dedicated to only 4 baseball teams include a little more variety into your inventory. Couldn’t find a single mets item in the entire store lol

Bought nice tshirts to have the check out girl literally wad them into balls and stuff them in a bag. I watched her jam them together into balls and stuff them into the smallest bag available. Who wants to buy a Christmas present and then have them wad it into a ball? I asked to retold them and she looked at me like I was crazy. They are completely creased and wrinkled, whereas before they were folded and fine.Weirdest store experience - do not recommend this store.

With a store full of people, including children, 2 days before Christmas they had horrifically inappropriate music playing on the speakers! They had songs dropping f-bombs, all other swear words, the n word every other word, talking about sex….I was horrified for all the families with little kids in there as well as other adults who don’t want to hear that kind of trash.

There was cute shorty at the front with bangs who should dye her hair blonde because it would be 100% better was really nice but was hitting on me way to much but thats what will attract and keep customers!!
