We received great service as son as we entered the store from Joel. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. We placed the order and two weeks later it came in. Great delivery and assembly. We like the Matrix elliptical and happy with it's functions.

I’m especially pleased that this company Services what they sell! I had much stress when my old chair needed service, it was a hassle to deal with both the technician from one company and the dealer for the parts.

I had a great experience buying my treadmill at Johnson Fitness. Lots of selection, great service and no pressure sales. The sales person asked good questions to guide me to the treadmill that fit my needs and budget. Delivery and installation was great and efficient. I love my new treadmill and it's ease of use. I highly recommend Johnson Fitness!

I really enjoyed my experience at this store. First and foremost- we were greeted by Joel offered to answer any questions about the equipment. But most importantly he allowed us to look at the equipment- talk things over etc. there was no high pressure sales and my husband and I appreciated very much. Joel knows his product and answered all questions- told us about the sales going on but again no high pressure or anything to make us feel uncomfortable into making a decision on the spot. Overall, we ended up buying making a purchase! We really appreciate Joel- he was very professional and knew the machines well and about their quality. We would definitely make a purchase there again - especially dealing with Joel!

Patrick was great with helping me get the treadmill that would work best for me and my family. He went over several different machines based on my description of what I and others were doing with the current treadmill. This is the second piece of equipment I have purchased from Johnson. The first was a spin bike. Which I very happy about. I’m looking forward to using this new treadmill.

This was the worst experience I’ve had with any company. I walked into Johnson Fitness and purchased a treadmill the T101. It was delivered and day one it was broken. I spoke to the manager Jacob, and he said I would have to pay for delivery and 25 percent re-stock fee, I asked “why, when it was broken, that is not my fault”. He stated “that is company policy”. Nobody should have to go through this, if they depend on making money by ripping people off, they should not be open for business. Also, he knows that the treadmills have an issue with them, and that they are not up to date with software install and then sometimes after the install the motor burns out. I also called Horizon the manufacturer and they stated “send it back to the store”, and that I should not have to be dealing with a broken treadmill since it was brand new. I lost $200.00 dollars for a broken treadmill, $100.00 for the delivery and $100.00 for the re-stock fee, not to mention $108, to rent a U-Haul and take it back since they did not want to pick it up. I was also ignored and left with a broken treadmill for 5 days at my home. Not all the machines are broken, but If you happen to be the unlucky customer like me, you will lose $200.00 maybe more just for walking in. Worst experience I’ve had with any company. Be careful, and read the fine print. This needs to go to Better Business Bureau.

I’ve had a couple of small issues with my gin, 2.0 Massage Chair from Johnson Fitness, when calling for Support, Ernesto REYES over at the Gilbert store not only help me but made sure that things were correct before the work was complete. Then very tentative, the store is very tentative, and the people there are A+ rated for helping out and Service. I find that to be a very important part of the purchasing process, I would buy again and will!

Eh, website says "in store pickup only". So I figured I'd stop in. The gentleman that helped me had never heard of the kettlebell I was looking for. But they do have some nice equipment.

Peter was great. He answered our questions, with no pressure and followed up with the expected information. He was also responsive to my additional questions, which led me to order a rowing machine from the store after doing my research.
