Not so good. So, first Nora the agent, always seems super busy; Even to show a home. Kathrine in the office is VERY sarcastic and nonchalant acting. And she will say anything, just to get someone off the phone. I realized this when I called in regarding a concern I had. Lasset in the office is very unknowing about how anything is handled in the company and constantly puts someone on hold, just to still not have an answer ; or she'll transfer you straight to a voicemail. I am really unimpressed with how this company has been presenting itself! Especially, considering it's high ratings. Do better people.

I have worked with Barrett Financial on 2 loans now; one owner-occ in Chandler and another on an investment in Utah. Both went very smoothly and I had a great experience. Not only are they good at what they do but they also do it with integrity... Ken and Trevor, who I worked with, are amazing people... Highly recommend them-

These guys are amazing! They work very hard to complete the most difficult mortgages and get them approved. They are very helpful and now is the best time to refi with the increases in conforming loans

We recently purchased a house in Chandler and we were so fortunate to have found Matt Godek as our loan officer. I got several quotes from different brokers before we made the decision. This company has so many lenders, so Matt was able to give us a VERY competitive interest rate. He sent us a quote within 24hrs, and followed up during the process 100%. We closed the deal ON TIME with no hassle-and did i mention this is an out of state home purchase? Couldn't be happier with our experience with this company and Matt. Thank you so much!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Please save your time, money, and heartache and use someone else. My husband and I have been living in a hotel for about a week and a half because of these people's huge errors. To start we were pre-approved for up to $500,000 and were shopping in another state. We went there and found a house for $345 and put an offer in the same day and it was accepted. So we started the process of sending all the paperwork in. The first red flag was when our loan officer, Melanie, was communicating with my husband over text and asked him to have me bring some tax forms in to her office. He informed her that I would be coming the following day and I did. I asked for her and then was informed that she went on vacation a day early and didn't think to let us know when my husband told her that I would be coming in. I handed the forms to someone else and she took care of whatever they needed. We were getting close to the closing date and hadn't heard anything for a couple days so we reached out to find out if we needed anything else and got no response. We hadn't and haven't heard from Melanie since then. She pretty much disappeared on us when we were going through the final stages of the process. We were never informed that we would be working with someone else. She just vanished and never gave us a reason. *We find out later that Melanie knew that she messed up on something so she decided to "step back" from working with us and never inform us of any error :)*We were supposed to close on Wednesday the 17 but then we found out my work verification had not even been sent to my former employer yet!! So last minute I reached out to my old employer and she informed me that she had just received it the same day and would try to get it to us ASAP. We pushed the closing day to Friday in hopes that we would get the form. We missed that day also so now we were aiming for Monday. The seller was becoming frustrated, rightfully so, and informed us that if we did not close Monday by 3pm they would put the house back on the market. My husband and I are now panicking because we moved our entire lives and 3 dogs to another state. We don't know anyone here and had no where to live. We did not have a plan b because we trusted these people and thought we would just move into our house with no issues. On Monday we got the work verification and shortly after we found out that we were actually never pre-approved :) We own another house which we have been renting out for less then a year and we told them that at the beginning of all this. We were completely honest with our situation and they should've been able to tell us BEFORE we moved that we would not be approved because we'd need to be renting the house for 2 years and we were for less. It took these people over a month and for us to make a huge move for them to tell us that we would be denied for the house. So then we tried working with another loan officer last minute and he was able to tell us that we would not be approved in a day. A day. When my husband spoke to the manager all he said was "sorry." They don't care. They didn't try to help us. All they did was play with our lives and now are happy they don't have to deal with us anymore. We've spent hundreds of dollars on hotels and food because of their huge mistake. I'm really trying to stress that we are now homeless, living in a hotel with our three large dogs. We have no idea how long we'll be here because now we have to rent a house and are going through that whole application process. We also most likely lost our earnest money that the manager told us we'd get back automatically because we're veterans. Turns out that's now true either. Just please. Please use another company.

Zero stars would be appropriate. This company has harassed me with over 50 phone calls, spoofed local numbers, emails and junk mail during the course of a year. I've opted out multiple times, blocked over 20 numbers and they still persist in calling me and wasting my time. I've filed a BBB complaint and will take the matter up with the state AG office.
