Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. I had work done about three months prior and they totally honored the warranty when my daughter’s car had issues again. Very honest people very honest work definitely recommend to anyone that needs their car worked on. They even offered to lend me one of their cars because my daughter wouldn’t have a car to drive to school. Thank you guys again for being so accommodating and helping us out.

I recently had my Mercedes S-Class serviced at Generational Auto, and I was impressed with their professionalism and quality of work. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, clearly explaining the issues and providing a fair estimate. The repairs were done efficiently, and my car was returned in excellent condition. I appreciated their transparent communication and reasonable pricing.
Overall, my experience with Generational Auto was outstanding. I highly recommend them!

I made an appointment for an oil change & tire rotation. Arrived for appt & was told it wood take 45 min. 40 min later the car was ready, price was good, work was finished & I received a 12 page report on the condition of my 9 yr old car without an attempt to sell extra services. Excellent customer service.

Jake and his team at Generational Auto in Gilbert are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have had to use their services twice this summer. Each time they have gotten me in the next day.
They do a thorough inspection, diagnostic testing and promptly call me with their findings.
I received an itemized quote and was given the opportunity to choose to have the work done at their shop.
I was given periodic updates throughout the service. They even sent a car to pick me up! This was huge!
Thanks once again for a quick, kind, experience. There are still good people out there. I will continue to refer friends and family to you.

We had an engine replaced in our 2013 cx9
It took less then a week to get the car back
They also put in a radiator and hoses for no extra charge car runs great no issues
I have been going to this shop for 30 years

AC needed freon. Scheduled an appointment several days ahead of time. Arrived for my appointment, work was started right away. Professional, knowledgeable staff. AC working great now! Highly recommend!

Generational Auto provides great and friendly service. I needed an AC tune up and my service was completely promptly. They provided a Lyft ride to and from my home so I didn’t have to wait there. Awesome team!

Recently took my 2020 GTI in for an oil change, an air intake and was even able to get my AC re charged with last minute request! Huge thanks to Jake and Eric! I drove all the way down from north phoenix for their Quality service and quality customer service. Highly recommend this shop to everyone in need of a trustworthy shop ??

This team is willing to solve any problem and consider your cost at the same time. My Nissan Murano just shut down while I was driving. I took it to Generational Auto, my reliable mechanic, and they ran diagnostics. Several conflicting codes were detected so it was difficult to determine the cause. They were great at explaining everything they were trying and didn't want to do a lot of repairs that might not work and could be expensive for me. They worked on it until they were able to resolve the issue and we're back on the road again!

My 66 Mustang is my pride and joy. Generational auto treats it that way. Recently I had it in for transmission work that seemed imperative to me, but the technician there cleared the issue and it was no charge to me! I appreciate the integrity of this group. I would recommend them without reservation.

I just picked up my son’s car from Generational Auto yesterday. He’s so excited to have it back, and we were more than happy with the way Generational Auto handled the service. They were friendly, professional, and thorough when we dropped it off. They kept us updated regularly by text, and phone. They included a link to a detailed list of service items they completed (with pricing and color coded levels indicating how seriously they recommended we have a service or repair completed). I really appreciated how clear it all was. They even allowed you to indicate right there on the digital status sheet whether or not you approved of each recommended service so they could get started right away. We worked with Eric Trejo - so if you run into home when you take your car in, know he’s a 5 star option!
