We needed insurance for our winter home in Arizona and Allstate came out on top! The rates were better then all the other companies! At our permanent address, we have all of our insurance needs through Allstate, and they have been very good to us! I would give them a five star rating any time!

I have never met or heard from my Allstate agent ever. I have filled out many surveys asking for contact but have never been contacted. No need for an agent just go straight to Allstate

I was concerned when I found out that my agent was more than 100 miles away but I could not be happier with my agent, his office and Angelica, my initial agent, and the coverage and cost. When I purchased my new condo, my agent took complete care of the coverage allowing me to take care of all the many other details. I highly recommend Jason Thorpe and agents. I have put all of my insurance needs in their hands and have been more than satisfied.

Well my God what did I miss. I can't even get a call back from the office manager after leaving a couple of msgs with Gabriel! My policy was started with all kinds of wrong info and now I can't get my windshield fixed because of Angelica's errors. I'm so frustrated with hearing were going to get this all fixed for you and NOTHING!!! This has been the worst experience I've ever had with any company yet.
