My experience here was horrible. I purchased the 26.99 service that includes the hand dry and vacuum, tire shine etc service. The reason for my 1 star review is due to the guys who vacuum inside my vehicle didn't do a great job. I TIPED THESE GUYS 20.00, which I regret. Also considering the fact that I was thinking about getting the monthly subscription. I went to ask for the manager and I talked to Evan "Store Manager". I told him the issue and all he did was apologize and told me that "the guys have had no breaks and a long day". Didn't initiate the issue at all as he was talking to some random guy next to him on a black Chrysler 300 leaning back like if everything was ok. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH BUSINESS AT ALL. BAD SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT.

Do not come to Jackson's, they will scam you. I've been coming here for a few years now. After only purchasing a single car wash back in May, they automatically enrolled my credit card in their monthly membership which I never signed up for, they didn't even give me the barcode and I was never given an account number. After calling repeatedly during business hours, I could not get ahold of anyone. I tried calling probably over 30 times over the course of a few months. I also submitted a request form on their website which never was followed up on, as well as drove to the physical location. I explained the situation to the manager and he said that he can't help me and that I need to contact corporate, I repeated that I could not get a hold of corporate and asked if he could help me and he told me he couldn't do anything about it. Even though I was being very respectful, he couldn't care less about helping me find a solution to this issue or even cancelling my membership. They charged my card for 7 months now without my consent and are refusing to refund all but one month. Absolutely terrible customer service, response time, and integrity from this business. I am not one to complain to or about businesses with poor service but this was off the charts and has not been made right.

Paid WAY too much for what I got, there was only one car behind me yet they rushed the vacuuming and interior cleaning ' if you want to call it that ' like they were swamped. I WILL NOT be returning, wish I didn't add that $15 tip on when I paid because they didn't deserve it but I must say the guy that wiped my car down when I came out of the car wash was awesome!

Ansolutley horrible. The car was just as dirty as when I brought it to them. Mud all over running boards, wheels were not cleaned and windows were so smeared that you could barely see through them. They should not be in business. They are horrible!!!!!

My wife and I normally come in 1 or 2 times a week to get our car washed this last time was horrible my car came our dirty after the wash talked to the young man if I can speak to someone in charge and as I said this a young lady in a white shirt walked out of the car wash building and the young man said "hey he needs to talk to you" and she rolled her eyes and walked back inside. He told me that she has been in there all day and that was one of the first times she had walked out there..... he apologized for HER and said he will just take care of it, he sent me back around to have it washed it again and it was good that time. I was talking to my wife about the situation and she said the same young lady had called for our car when it was finished last week and had rolled her eyes at her. SERIOUSLY why put someone in charge if they aren't going to do their job and not help out customers when its your job I'm sorry but that girl was just plain rude who guys need to need to find someone else to do her job. oh I was there the morning of 10.9.23. WAY TO LOSE CUSTOMERS IS RUDE EMPLOYEES. My wife and I will come back again next week and I pray the young lady no longer is in charge or hopefully just doesn't work there anymore. I'm giving 3 stars for the young man who actually does his job and polite and doesn't roll his eyes at me nor my wife.

Guys don't do the "Thursday special" for $50.00 as I did. Honestly I went here for a cheap wash which is exactly what I got. I however paid for the Thursday special. The salesman said they will vacuum, wax, clean the vents, all crevices and more. It'll look really good. I was on lunch break so asked about how long will it take and he said about 35 minutes. Okay sure. You lay right there so I paid the $50. Well I got out of my car and went in and got a water then sat down on the tables to wait. 5 minutes later they are yelling FIAT. I walk over and they say it's done. Are you sure I asked. Yes yes you're done. Okay. I got in and drove off. As I'm driving home I'm looking at half cleaned dash, carpet that doesn't even look vacuumed. Honestly. Being on lunch break I had to go home and cut my losses but Geesh. If you are going to charge someone for a service then do the service. People don't have time to go through again, find someone to ask and so on. Very frustrating and money wasted.

I had my new minivan tinted here last year and quality & service was phenomenal. I recently brought my Tesla model Y and again service & turnaround was great. BUT, I feel they MISLEAD people about "ceramic" when it's clearly not. They do NOT use Suntek's ceramic tint but do advertise it on the phone as ceramic. I only found out after my Tesla wasn't cooling as much as I expected and when I checked the receipts the tint was Suntek's CARBON tint. For the amount I paid it's really not worth it and now I wish I went with XPEL prime xr brand somewhere else for a much better heat resistance on the windshield & sunroof.

I was able to get in for window tinting with no issues and the scheduling process is pretty simple. You choose what you want for tint percentage at the store and they get to it right away. My experience with Levin was great. He’s a very personable guy and explains the whole process and answers any questions you have. He did an excellent job on my K5 tint and would recommend him to anyone looking for a quality tinting company.Services: Sun control window tinting

I want so much to give these guys a good review, but after so many disappointments, I can't help but leave a review. This is the worst car wash I have ever been to Used to be great, but over the last few years, I have had to return my car to be redone twice.Let the pictures speak for themselves. This is a $30.00 wash. The outside was mediocre, but the inside was never touched. If I had the time, I would have had them redo it.I think these guys know that they do a bad job, but they take our money anyway. What ever happened to old-fashioned customer service?Cactus and Tatum location.

This used to be my favorite full service car wash. Now you have to drive yourself through the wash and park under the ramada for the employees to "clean" the interior. I paid $24.99 for the full service wash and left with the interior of my car still filthy. There were 4 people around my car as I was the only customer there, but I have no idea what they were doing considering how dirty the inside was. Very disappointed! I filled out a message about my experience on the Jackson's webpage and was contacted by a store manager a few days later. I was working and unable to take the call. He left a message that he'd call back and a week has gone by with no return phone call. I tried calling the store, left a message for a call back and still no return call.
