I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. The trainers are really awesome and helpful, and they make you feel comfortable with your workout. The training class goes by fast, and every day the workout is different. I've been going here for 2 years, have seen great results, and I'm never bored. The community is great and supportive. I absolutely love Jabz.

I love Jabz Boxing in Gilbert. The community and coaches are amazing. I’ve been a member for 4 years because it’s always fun. It’s the only thing I ever stuck with that long because I don’t get bored. I get a different work out every time. Every one is helpful and no judgment zone.

I’ve been going to Jabz for alittle over 2 years and I’m absolutely obsessed! I have become stronger than I could ever think I could be! Tessa is the best she has pushed me to better and better! I love my jabz family ?

5 stars only because 6 is not an option! Jabz is awesome in so many ways - the workouts continue to challenge me throughout my fitness journey, the owner and trainers are great, the music is energizing, there is a large variety of equipment and weight options, the gym is kept incredibly clean, and other members are kind/non-judgmental. I’ve found my forever gym!

Just what I need! Not only are the workouts intense and satisfying, they allow you to start at any level and grow stronger every time. I started barely able to make through a workout and now come 3-5 days a week, always with options to challenge yourself. No workout is the same, and I love variety!! It’s motivating to see your strength and stamina and energy increase. Additionally, you have to sign up for classes in advance which holds you accountable. The group “we’re in this together” mentality keeps me in class from start to finish— I know I would never be this consistent on my own!

I absolutely LOVE the workouts and all of the instructors. They are welcoming, supportive, and push you to be your best in the most encouraging way possible :) it’s a great class start to finish !!

I have always hated working out (still do honestly), but I look forward to going to boxing in the morning! The trainers (Leah and Teresa) are so supportive and encouraging and the workouts are always different! Jabz has such a great community in the 5am class!

I did the three free trial sessions and I really enjoyed it. It's a super tough workout but worth it in the end. The trainer was very nice and helpful and everyone that attended the same sessions as me were super motivating. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is I thought it would incorporate more boxing focused exercises but it was more so a full body hiit workout. Still a great experience!

I love Jabz and keep coming back! I've been to the Tempe one and now Gilbert due to moving. I've gone back and forth in my membership due to job and schedule changes and have never had an issue with the owners. All of the trainers have been nothing but fun, upbeat, and encouraging. They modify workouts as needed but also don't stick to a rigid program, allowing you to work on what you want to how you want to (aka me avoiding pushups during cardio blasts with jumping jacks... ). Overall it's a great community and environment and a solid workout. I always get toned so quick after a few sessions! As someone who's come and gone over the last 5 years, there's a reason I keep coming back when I can!

The workouts are fun and challenging. The instructors and the other members are so supportive every time I go. It can be intimidating at first but the instructors make sure to demonstrate each station beforehand and the other members are more than willing to help show you where to go or what to do as well when needed. No judgment and no bad vibes here. Very community oriented and all around a positive experience. Highly recommend this gym!

I had a positive experience until I had Covid and health complications. I was charged for months despite asking them to hold my account. Then I asked for my account to be terminated because they kept charging me even though I couldn’t attend. And I yet have another charge on my account. Great place until you have anything come up in your life.

You can efficiently work out your whole body in a short time in boxing class. When you warm up, do interval training and other exercises, and punch a heavy bag hundreds of times, your upper body, core and legs will all get stronger. I had an amazing hour at Jabz in Gilbert! ?
