Insurance Brokers of Arizona (IBoA) and their staff are unprecedented as their professionalism and communication skills are top notch. Although I already use them for my boat insurance, I often refer clients to Russ and Kari at IBoA so they can shop their home and auto insurance when they're in the process of purchasing or refinancing a home as I am a mortgage loan originator. Well, the time just came for me to look into shifting my home and auto insurance in addition to adding an umbrella plan (they will explain the plan). I worked with Kari and she rocked it as usual. Their pricing beat out my current insurance company who held my home and auto, and I have better coverage. Win-win and couldn't be happier. Thanks again for everything IBoA and Kari!

PROS: from the little time I had shopping around, they seemingly offered the lowest prices by far! Although now I see, they took off the comprehensive insurance and made it liability to get the lowest quote. Not apples to applesCONS: They are the most unorganized company I’ve ever dealt with — a true clusterF. You asked them to do something and it’s multiple emails of confirmations from them, such a waste of time — so much of your money is lost on unneeded policies that were negligently not canceled. It’s VERY important to micromanage every tiny little detail to ensure they are following directions. It seems they are horribly understaffed and hire incompetent people.If you’ve changed brokers, please share who you went with!

Pleasure working with Russ this morning. After years of owning a business I still know very little about how insurance works and the roles of each party. He took the time to explain things (admittedly things I should have already known) and was able to be knowledgeable and act as a resource without being condescending or dismissive. We have been clients for a few years now and I Would recommend!
