I turned on my car’s AC and was met with warm air. Not cool! Fortunately, it was late fall and I had some time to get it fixed before the hot summer temperatures rolled back in.Adam worked to price match a lower estimate I got from another service place. He also pointed out a few things from the other estimate that didn’t seem to make sense, like replacing hoses that didn’t need replacing while not replacing the flux capacitor that it did need (or whatever he called it - I’m not an auto expert). Either way, I felt more comfortable going with Adam and his crew.My AC is blowing cold like it should now. I also got a buy 2, get 2 deal on tires and an oil change. All seems right in the world and on the road. Thanks, Adam and Iconic!

The guys at Iconic Tire are amazing. Very knowledgeable, informative and skilled. After taking my vehicle to another mechanic and they wanting to do an extensive list of things which ended up not needing done, these craftsmen at Iconic repaired my vehicle in short order and saved me around a thousand dollars. I would highly recommend this group of men to anyone looking for a good mechanic.

Over the past few years I have purchased tires and had my Jeep serviced. In all instances the staff was ready to assist me. They explained their process and the time it would take to complete the service. The professional attitude they displayed reassured me that I would return for service. I will recommend them to all my friends. I am glad I found an excellent company to deal with. Iconic is an excellent company.

Took my car in and even with only 1 technician they knew the problem with my car the same day. After getting parts I had my car back immediately. Their customer service and care for my car is unmatched.

I went to the Gilbert location to have an oil change and overall I had a very good experience! Scott and the other associates were friendly and answered all my questions! Everything went smoothly and quickly! I will be going back and referring all my friends and family to this store!

Had emission issues. The team there used a diagnostic smoke test, by passed the codes and saved time to find the gross emissions leak. This allowed for a quick repair and least amont of pain.Will try them again for any further issues.

The service was top notch! They took my old tire busted it off of the rim and got the new tire balanced and inflated with Nitrogen gas. They had the tire all ready and waiting for me as I returned to the service center on my donut/spare tire. Less than 15 minutes later I was out the door. Iconic tire center was fast and the manager on duty, Adam and the tire tech, Mark were both friendly and accommodating.

I love Iconic, they are very nice, especially Adam, I look for him, he is fair and explain Services very well, he is very knowledgeable, great costumer service, fast service, trustable and honest. Iconic offers discounts and good deals, I been with them since they open, my family and I use them, I recommended many friends, I recommend them, you won't regret, ask for Adam, he is very helpful.
