My wife and I had long researched having our master bathroom sunken tub & shower replaced with just a new shower above the old, nasty sunken tub. John Broy was our salesman that consulted with us . He showed us many options and how his company used superior products to those used by the nationwide bathroom remodelers. Those large companies charge about $10K more than Home Time. He explained Home Time's longer-than-lifetime warranty that went with their service. We were able to negotiate the final price over the course of a week, then finally settled on a very fair price that included the demolition, installation of the new shower above the old sunken tub, the mold abatement and stud replacements, along with repairing the walls and replacement of the large window that was not up to current code.Oliver Pense and his brother Paul showed up about 2 weeks after placing our order, and completed the demolition, haul away, and mold abatement within a couple days. Then Chris the master installer came and hand crafted our custom shower installation. He was extremely thorough and a perfectionist desiring to make sure we were happy with the results all along the way. He let us choose the strategic placement of the seat, safety bars, and shelves. I am handicapped and they all were very considerate of my special needs throughout the process. It took a little over a week to get the demo & install done, then a couple days later Dan & Kage from the window division of Home Time, called Affordable Windows, came and removed and replaced the large window with privatized safety tempered glass, and the job was done to our complete satisfaction.We highly recommend John, Chris, Oliver, & Paul of Home Time Bathrooms and Dan & Kage from Affordable Windows for their great care, highest quality materials, attention to detail, and assurance of our complete satisfaction. These guys are the best!

My old shower was really in need of being updated. After researching different companies, I went with Home Time Bathroom Remodel. They are the best out there! They have their own crew to demo and to install. I can't say enough good things about Chris, who met with me prior to installation to do final measurements before ordering my product. Chris also answered all my questions. They were all fantastic and I love my new shower.

This was a "dream team". I presented my needs and was shown options that I was not offered by many other quotes. From the sales, to the expert lead installer's precision and care with measurements, to the actual install team.....could not have asked for any better. They were friendly, clean, on time and most of all took such great care to "get it right". The project was better than I expected. I appreciated the choices I was offered in regard to fixtures and placement of shelves etc. The team was communicating with me throughout the project to insure things were meeting my expectations.Very happy with the project and highly recommend.

They were so amazing! We love our new shower, and they were always so accommodating and easy to work with. They were on time and every person that came to work on our shower was always so nice and we had such a pleasant experience with them! Highly recommend

John at Hometime turned my drab bath into an elegant space. His team of workers were pleasant and professional. The tile specialists were experts. They also took out my ugly oak fireplace surround and entertainment center and modernized the whole wall beautifully. I asked to have it done by Christmas...and they did. 5 stars.

John worked with me to use certain style products in the shower I preferred and had used prior. I used material on the ceiling as well as the walls to make shower area maintenance free. They hadn’t done it before but it really makes area look finished and painting never required in shower area. This was our first time doing a remodel and it was a great experience. We did our due diligence and spoke with a few companies and glad we went with Hometime. John listened to what we wanted and walked us thru the process. From the start of the project to the final step there weren’t any surprises. The crew was the same everyday and always cleaned up. Due to budget constraints, we wanted to split the bathroom model and first tackle the bath/shower in one of bathroom.Home Time Bathroom’s customer service was first rate. Great communication, on time and great craftsmanship. I love our new bathtub with shower surround. Home Time Bathrooms was amazing! We needed to remove a tub and install a more accessible shower for dad.John was amazing! He provided us great options, suggested products to make pops life easier and safer and worked with us on a customized bench to meet his needs. The products were absolutely beautiful, and the little touches of trim and care were far above what I was expecting. It turned out amazing!John took care of everything from start to finish. Checking on the work and provided great updates to pop and myself.Having done a bathroom remodel a few years earlier the price was great compared to the quotes that we got and paid. The work was quick and the crew was super respectful and clean! We are so very happy with pops new bathroom and highly recommend!
