“I never write reviews BUT this is a rare occasion. After researching auto insurance and receiving quotes from 4 other brand name companies all coming in at 80-100 dollars/month, I received a call from April with State Farm in Gilbert, AZ. Much to my amazement I was quoted 49/month and that included Renters insurance. With today's cost of living going through the roof, it was a huge surprise and I am blown away. I hope everyone who reads this calls April or her husband Peyton for a quote. I know I'll be telling everyone I know to call them before they renew. Thanks and have a blessed day ?”

“We were referred to Pam Johnson five years ago by our Michigan State Farm agent that we had been with for more than a decade.
I got into an accident last night and called Pam, but she was tied up. Brandon took the details and provided excellent service while I stood on the side of the freeway waiting for the police to arrive.
Pam later called to check on me, which was a nice touch.
We arrived at Pam's office the next morning to get some help with the rental car, and she jumped right in to take care of us to the fullest. She outlined all the benefits we had in our policy, and highly recommended we use wherever we needed
Pam is a true professional, and she is the real deal! I'm so glad we were led to Pam, and I'm confident that she and State Farm will lead us through this claim with flying colors!

“My wife and decided to look for a new/different insurance agent several months ago. We had never had a claim with the existing homeowner's insurance or any previous homeowner's insurance company but we were not happy with the lack of communication and feeling of being nothing more than a number whenever we did reach out to the agent with questions.
We were not specifically searching for a Farmers Insurance agent. We were less concerned with the company than we were with the agent. After calling several different agents representing several different companies, we decided to meet with Marc and discuss our options. We were searching for an agent who offered suggestions, was concerned for our best interest, was personable, and understood the insurance we needed.
We found all of this in Marc Sollee's office. Everyone in his office welcomed us, was very prompt in answering questions, and was extremely professional while maintaining a personal, friendly atmosphere. Marc was very knowledgeable and offered us the policy we needed. We never felt "over-sold" or "under-sold". We left feeling we were able to purchase the exact insurance that we needed.
As time has gone by, we have expanded our coverage to include more than the original homeowner's policy with which we started. We couldn't be happier with an agent than we are with Marc. He is very responsive in answering questions. Each time we have added something, Marc has been prompt in delivering the necessary paperwork and answering any questions we have had. He is by far the best agent with which we have ever worked. His advice has been spot on. We sleep better knowing we have the necessary insurance with an agent that cares about us. Five stars is not enough.”

I had just been pulled over for ins issues, found out I’d lost my long term coverage at another major ins provider because of theft rates of my vehicle among other things and was in between paychecks…then Alice answered my call.
