Booked an appointment for next available service (two weeks out), and got a call the day before appointment stating a tech won't be able to even look at the vehicle for 10-14 business days after drop off. What an absolute joke. What's the point of offering an appointment system? This is not the first time HB couldn't be bothered to provide a timely inspection, this time on what I believe is just a minor engine belt/pulley issue. I've gone to Earnhardt the previous time HB dropped the ball, and will again this time. They seem to be able to handle typical service requests just fine. Update: Dropped off today at Earnhardt with no appointment. Will have the vehicle back fully inspected and the oil changed same day.

We Recently just purchased a 2019 Chrysler 300 from The Henry-Brown Dealership in Gilbert Arizona, when we first purchased the vehicle we had a phenomenal experience the salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable, however after purchasing the vehicle we ran into a few problems that have somehow turned this phenomenal experience to a terrible experience, After purchasing the vehicle a warranty was added on the sale, the salesman promised he would stop by our house to sign the final warranty paperwork, After a few days of no contact we decided to stop by the dealership and was told there was problems with their system and they did not have the paperwork to sign, Offered to wait but they instructed us to just head home and they would stop by our house since we've had to return to the dealer multiple times, after a few more days of no contact we decided to return to the dealership again and finally the salesman had the paperwork ready and let us sign, about a month later I received contact that ADOT had still not received the paperwork from the dealership and at this point it had been well over 30 days since we purchased the vehicle, I contacted the dealership on 2/22 and spoke to Eileen Poling in titles she explained She would need to contact ADOT and return my call the same day, after receiving no contact and feeling like we were getting the runaround once again I decided to stop by the dealership where Eileen Poling herself apologized for the mishap and promised it would be handled by the next business day 2/26, On 2/26 a officer noticed my temporary tags from the dealership were expired and after explaining the mishap with Henry-Brown the officer let me go, I decided to contact ADOT immediately after being stopped to avoid this from happenening again, ADOT explained to me that since the dealership had not submitted the paperwork at all this problem would fall on the dealership Henry-Brown, Finally on 2/27 after receiving no contact once again, I decided to just contact the main operator at the dealership and was put on the line with Eileen Poling in titles at that time she apologized for the mishap and let me know she could send the temporary tag over immediately, I have tried my best to keep my biased opinion out of this review and just wanted to give some insight on how my buying experience went with Henry-Brown Dealership for anyone in the market.

I usually don't leave reviews, but this time, I am. I live 2 hours away from this dealership. Long story short, I was in contact with the sales manager Jose. I was looking to come and check out a truck and most likely buy. He told us it was in great condition and it was ready to come look at. When we got there, another gentleman helped me out. Well, come to find out, he told me it has been sold. The manager told my wife and I it was there and good to come look at. A typical sales man attitude. Get us there to look at another truck, most likely. We left there and went to Carz Planet. They were way nicer and didn't try to pressure us into anything. Left there with a nice truck!

It's unfortunate that I must write this review, but if I don't then Hank will never know what's going on in this dealership with his name on it. The service department sucks!!! I had an appointment, arrived 20 minutes early, bee waiting for 1 hour and just inquired about my car. I was told it may be another 15 minutes and it will take 45 minutes. Very poor customer service!!! HANK BROWN...WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED??? Unacceptable!!! Old family friend

I arrived at the port and not one of the six gentlemen came to greet me, so I had to take my baby out of the car and go in. Then I'm informed that an oil change will take 2 hours for a 10am appointment. Halfways through the appointment I'm told this filter is black, this other filter is black and oh you have a nail in your tire and it isn't fixable. Okay I guess I need it all done because I'm moving across the country. Oh yeah you need to come back tomorrow because the tire is in Phoenix and that appointment will take two hours too. I'm about to move and I have a baby, I don't have four hours to give you in two days time! Here I go to discount tire and they say yes it's questionable but let try and if not we have a set here for you. Fifteen minutes later and it was patchable! I feel like I was taking advantage of! You see a woman with a baby, and you take an oil change into a $600 bill!!!

Raul tried charging me for it but had to call a manager Jeff and he made it right and got it fixed like it should have been since it was working when I dropped it off!!! wish Raul would have tried harder for customer service but Jeff the manager got it done nicely

Joey and Shawn were great listeners thru the sales process and cared about my time and getting the best deal, trade and ultimately the right vehicle for me and my terms. Loved the experience will certainly be back for the next upgrade in a few years.

My husband and I just purchased a 2024 Sierra Denali. The Henry Brown staff took very great care of us. Our purchase was awesome, they showed us gratitude and respect and honesty throughout the entire purchasing experience. They answered all our questions and provided excellent customer service. We don't through those words around lightly. If you are looking to get a new or used vehicle, please go see Henry Brown Buick, GMC 1550 E Drivers Way, Gilbert, AZ 85297. We highly recommend them for your next level experience! A special thanks to Blake Brown, Eric Ángulo, Suzie Kiger, Phil Cross, Jeff Stone, Robert Mania, Alex Zilar.

I went to Henry Brown for an oil change and these guys helped with so much more! Henry Brown Buick GMC--your people have exceeded my expectations. I am going to keep bringing my business to this dealership. There was a situation and from the top down, Jeff Martin was a huge help, he turned me on to Shane Terry whom made sure everything was perfect; my repair adviser, Kyle Kinderknecht treated me as though I were a good family friend/valued customer. And Kyle Jackson was sitting next to Kyle Kinderknecht--he even got in on helping me when I wasn't his customer. This place treats us right--thank you all!

I have bought a few cars here over the years but can't recommend the oil change service. I brought my new GMC Yukon in for an oil change last week. They don't offer a loaner car so I had to get a ride home until it was complete (it takes a couple hours). I drove it for a few days thinking it was fine before I noticed they didn't tighten the oil filter all the way and it leaked about half a quart on my driveway. I had to Jack up the Yukon and tighten the oil filter and add oil. I called the service center and they acted like it was no big deal. Must be a reoccurring thing. They asked what I wanted to do about it? I don't know maybe say sorry and please bring it back in so they could check everything. If I wouldn't have done anything and blown the engine I don't think they would've acted like it had anything to do with them. Save yourself time and money and go to one of the other oil change shops around the valley. Why wait hours pay twice as much for a half ass oil change.

Mike Meade and Darrell Shaffer (at the request of Kelsey) went out of their way to research an OEM lighting issue I was having with my 2024 3500HD. They promptly pulled schematics and guided me through addressing root cause. Because of them I saved $100s of dollars and a ton of time. I live in Scottsdale but because of this outstanding service and my previous stellar experience with a purchase on a 2018 Ram from the old Henry Brown Casa Grande location, I will be going out of my way to use Henry Brown for all of my service dept needs and future vehicle maintenance. Thank you so much!

Called them first to ask how soon I could get my truck in for an electrical issue they said the earliest it could be seen is 2.5 weeks. Then I asked to schedule a drop off around that time and was informed that the 2.5 week wait wouldn't start until after I dropped the truck off. Seems a little crazy that you can't just schedule a drop off a day or two before the next available tech can see it. So I dropped the truck off next day and waited. 3 weeks went by before I had to contact them and ask for an update. I was told that it hasn't even been pulled into the shop yet... I get a call the next day with the diagnosis a bad trailer break switch and 2 dead batteries. Give them the go ahead to replace the parts and am quoted another week wait time. Next day get a call that the truck is done and ready for pickup. So I'm short I waited 3 weeks without a vehicle for 2-3 hours of work tops. Absolute joke of a scheduling team.

I bought my car from this dealership and take it back for service. My service advisor (Blaine) takes great care to get me in and out quickly. They have a decent waiting room with television. The volume is moderate so I sometimes bring a book or my tablet. And, when I have an early appointment, there's coffee and a couple times there were cookies.

I had an appointment for lube service and tire rotation... Because I have purchased a prepaid maintenance program through Ally, I am obligated to use a GM dealership for service. With an appointment for a service that only takes 20 minutes, I wound up waiting almost 2 hours! Then to top it off, after I got home, I realized they didn't even rotate my tires, yet they charged for that service to Ally through my prepaid agreement! I called and spoke to a service manager (failed to write his name down)... he offered for me to came back in and have the tires rotated... duh! Problem is I live 21 miles from the dealership and with traffic, it's often an hour and half just in driving the round trip, plus fuel costs and time at the dealership to have the service done properly. Henry Brown GMC service department is inefficient, devious and unethical in charging for services not performed... I am escalating this first to GMC, if I don't get satisfaction with them , I will escalate further through government authorities.....
