Cindy was incredible. We had been to many jewelry stores and she was by far the best. Knowledgeable, kind and got my wife’s engagement ring to fit perfectly with the enhancer we chose.

I bought a ring that ended up ripping any article of clothing it touched because it was too sharp. They said there’s nothing they can do, it’s the design of the ring. They did attempt to sand the prongs but were not successful. I was asked if it was an everyday ring? I said yes. They said there is no returns or exchanges. (I called another relocation who told me you can exchange if you double the price of your purchase). So if you buy something you want to wear everyday, make sure it’s not designed to wear when only on special occasions without touching anything. Also, my ring had a rubber sizer on it and I asked where it was, the lady said we must have thrown it away but you can buy one on Amazon. That’s terrible customer service.

Helzberg has the prettiest and more shiny diamonds and wedding rings for sure! I did researched other jewelry stores and what they have has no comparison at great prices. Les and Cindy were amazing, patient and extremely helpful. Thank you ladies!!

Every time I come into this location at San tan village everyone is absolutely wonderful. But today Cindy & Tiffany helped me with getting my jewelry clean and also got me a wish list going for my Birthday. Also showed me a new chain for my necklace I already had that I absolutely loved! Can’t wait to tell my hubby that I need this new one!! Thanks so much ladies!

Linda Haag is the best helzberg lady I’ve ever had! She is so kind and funny! She was very proactive in fixing my ring for me. She suggested I sauder my rings together to increase the strength of them and gave me knowledge as to why it improved the life of your rings. You can tell that she values her job and takes it very seriously. I will drive across the valley to come see Linda for all my check ups and repairs. Thanks Linda!!!

I have been going to Helzberg Diamonds for well over 20 years now and have always found them to have high quality jewelry and amazing customer service. I just had my wedding ring downsized and they could not have been nicer or done a better job. My ring was already at its smallest size and they were still able to downsize it for me. They are my go to jewelry store and I will continue to buy from them.
