Bee was most helpful with me. Another man with another firm tried to sell me a policy. I thought he was from State Farm. Bee spent a long time with me figuring things out, and I finally got my State Farm policy. It was even cheaper than the other guys policy. She spent a long time with me. I am so grateful for people like Bee. State Farm should be happy they have her, and give her some kind of compensation.

I recently was in the market for a new insurance company for my home and two autos. The old company just did business answering questions via their web site. However I found their website lack all information I wanted to see regarding my coverage. Even during renewal it was more a thank you but no detail information. Changes in price only occurred when the first payment was going to be due. My frustration in getting to talk with someone meant I had to be on the phone and website at same time. Unfortunately my 6 year old grandson was not around to assist me with the multiple logins I had to do. My son referred me to JoAnna Kewin whom I had met before and suggested I call her. After sharing my frustration with her she said she could help me with just the phone call, I provided the information she needed, which much of which she had. She got a price to quote for me and I found I would be saving $X0 per month on my car insurance and a reduction of 4 digits on our homeowners insurance. Best thing was coverage was the same. I was very happy to have worked with JoAnna on the change to my insurance. She told me what to expect how to get my proof of insurance printed on line and how paperwork would come in mail. I was also told that a check would be forthcoming from my old insurance company and how I would need to deposit it to my escrow account at the credit union. I am unbelievably happy at the service I received and now know there is a local person who has the patience to talk to me and even help with the website. Thank you JoAnna!
