Brenda said she could do a fade and messed up my hair. Did an uneven job so I went back and asked her to fade it a little more so there isn't deep lines. She shaved the fade bad and didn't even shave underneath when I asked her to. So its long on the bottom (horrible) if you mess up you should fix it, not make it worse. Now I have to pay for another haircut. There are other good barbers there but Brenda is not one. Just letting you know so be cautious.

I am so sorry I do not remember her name but she picked up the phone when I called the wrong store when I found out that my a daughter received half of a haircut that was uneven. It was the whole side of her hair cut and everything was jagged and uneven. She saw us right away and she had to match the too short of a cut the other lady did but it made my daughter happy. Went in to get a cut today and the person who checked me in and took me back to do my hair asked me for the length that I wanted my hair to be. I didn't know so She looked it up in the computer and said oh, you had a number eight last time and asked if that's what I wanted again. I was taken aback as I do not know what a number eight even means as far as hair length. When I responded back and said I think I want a 20 she didn't think that was so funny and couldn't understand why I had replied the way I did. She formed an attitude very quickly with me which I stopped the process and walked out. This is the type of worker that is at great clips. Not all are that way she was one of two there and the other person was the one who previously cut my hair but I had someone new again today. I guess that's what I get for going to a place that cuts hair like this. I would suggest that we become more selective in who we let cut our hair and the attitudes that they have and simply just walk out of the business or use someone else, like I did. The other hairdresser there was fine however this time I did not get her. Very poor service a waste of my time today when I simply walked away out and away from them today.

Idk how hard it is to just take 1/2 an inch off and not butch my hair when I said I'm trying to keep it long enough to flip back because I wear a helmet.

Went to this Great Clips to get a hair cut for myself and my husband. The guy who took down our info was not friendly at all and when I said for both of us he said " oh you both want your hair cut" in a snide way. Then he told me would text me in the next 20 mins but never got a text.

The General Manager Christine is an incredibly vindictive, petty and unprofessional employee for this particular franchise. She text me and said she wanted to interview me and then went back on her word. She said I never showed up to a previous interview. I had to correct her and tell her that I had to call and cancel that interview with the previous manager because I had already accepted another job elsewhere. A friend of mine referred me to this location and Christine is what's wrong with this franchise. This location is already short on staff as it is but it's their loss not mine.
