I took my 16yr old. He had a picture (now I know it’s called a Fade?) and asked for it but a little longer. I’m used to places where they wash your hair so I told my kid to not wash off after the pool. Their sinks were on ”renovation” so they couldn’t do it. FYI wash not included w hair cut.
The hairstylist complained the whole time about the coarseness of his hair ( it was just stiff due to the pool water). She got it wet and cut it. I realized she was using scissors and the hair was too long? Nothing like the picture. She complained saying it was like two different cuts. And when we asked for even shorter she continued reproaching us. The worst was when she told my kid I should have paid more and taken him to a barber . I’m so mad at myself for having given her a really good cash tip but I felt so scolded at the time for having her “work” more. It was a terrible experience.

First time visit. I forgot how it feels getting a hair cut “not” at sport clips. What a wonderful experience, just stopped in for a haircut, it came out great, hairdresser was professional. No pushy sales just to push the sales. I enjoyed it and will return. Thank you!

My daughter went there today and they ruined her hair. My husband took her and I video called her. I could see how bad it looked from the video. Then they supposedly fixed it. So it was not fixed at all. It looks terrible. I would not recommend. Thanks great clips for the terrible cut for my 9 year old.

I waited 20 minutes past my estimated wait time with no line in front of me. The shorfstaffed location had 2 ladies working leisurely with no effort at all to finish up. I left with neither one of them looking even close to finishing up with their current customer. Customer service was minimally par as well. Was ignored completely after check in.

My 92 yro mom needed a haircut and we went to this place before which is within 5 minutes of her house. I checked wait time which said 0 minutes. I called to dbl ck and was told there was no wait. By the time we got there it was 45 minutes. My mom agreed she'll wait. When everyone in front of her was done in walked 3 people who were taken right back. When I inquired about my mom I was told it would another 20 minutes which would mean we would be waiting for over an hour. I mentioned to her that how can you take walk ins and basically ignore them. Of course we left since it was now passed my mom's lunch time and she couldn't sit any longer. If we were told this at the beginning there would be no way we would of waited 45 minutes knowing that was not a guarantee. So disappointed.
