Jeff made the whole process incredibly easy and smooth for me. in my case it wasn't the windshield, it was the rooftop cristal, that for some reason requires some extra authorization by another company besides the insurance one, but Jeff handled the whole process, the communication with the insurance, and with the other company, and then just gave me a call to schedule the fixing. It was on time, in the promised time to complete, and fixed as my satisfaction. Whenever I need to get a cristal repair, I'm going to give him a call.

I was referred to Glass Act by my insurance company, and honestly, I couldn't be happier. The funniest of interactions, I tried to call, my headphones weren't connected and I accidentally hung up on Jeff, and he even called me back right after! I was able to send the photos over for 2 cracked windshields as well as my insurance information, and he called me back later that afternoon to set up the call with the insurance company, and 2 days later, boom, brand new windows! The process was honestly the easiest process i've ever been a part of. The day of, I was working from home and in between meetings and Brian did his thing outside and I came out to check how things were going during and after the process. Everything looked immaculate and you can tell they take pride in their work. Jeff/Brian - thank you. Hopefully I won't need your services any time soon, but if I do, I will definitely be coming back here. Thank you again!

My windshield cracked in the Arizona heat and I didn't have glass insurance. I was referred to Jeff by my dealership and I've recently referred him to a friend. Jeff was a friendly and overall nice person. The guy that installed my windshield was also very friendly and professional. They were easy to work with, the service was quick and the price was great! Jeff coordinated the repair of my back quarter panel and was extremely courteous. He checked in with me to ensure the work was being done to my standard. He worked with my insurance company and the process was seamless. The service person did a fantastic job and was very courteous and detailed. Glass Act exceeded my expectations in replacing my glass! Despite the manufacturer's backorder causing a delay of a few weeks, Jeff and his team were diligent in providing regular updates and swiftly scheduled my replacement as soon as they received the glass.
