This storage facility is conveniently located near DT Gilbert. The facility may have been around for a minute, but it’s always clean, tidy and safe. We stored our RV here for 3 years. The price was great compared to other storage facilities in the area, AND the staff was ALWAYS friendly! From the day we signed a contract to the day we vacated, our experience was pleasant and easy. If we ever need storage in the future, we will definitely come here. Highly recommend!

Sheila and her team are absolutely amazing! This storage facility boasts one of the cleanest and friendliest staff I've encountered. With gated access, convenient location, and a variety of unit sizes, including options for storing vehicles and RVs, it ticks all the boxes for me. Highly recommended!

I have rented storage units for many years and in many places and have totally enjoyed my experience with Gilbert Road Self Storage. The location is perfect for me. The facility is always clean and the price is the best anywhere. The Management (Sheila especially) is always helpful and friendly. You can’t go wrong with Gilbert Road Self Storage.

Lady who runs the place looks disgusting, acts absolutely unprofessional, and is very rude. Don’t come here if you don’t want to be traumatized by looking at this lady.

***BEWARE - RENT ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!! **** Shiela is incredibly rude! In their bio they say they treat everyone like family...I don't treat my family like that! My husband was driving a van to pick up and close out our unit. The gate was open, so he drove in. She chased us down in her golf cart, to inform us that we had violated the rules and should've entered our code. We apologized and proceeded to empty our the few things in our unit. When I asked the procedure for closing out the unit, she fired a bunch of questions at me, to see if I had gone through the proper steps. I told her I didn't know the procedure as we just decided to close out the unit that day. That's why I was asking what the procedure was. She made us stop what we were doing and go put in the code for the gate. Then she said to stop in the office on our way out. She never explained the procedure. She informed us that it's all in the contract and again was unbelievably rude. We signed the paperwork and couldn't get out of there fast enough!!
