First time visiting a chiropractor. I wasn’t sure what I’d think of it but was pleasantly surprised. They helped me with pain that wouldn’t get better with even physical therapy or surgery. Overall a great experience and I will be going back.

The staff are all wonderful! They actually care about you. I am in my 60s and have spinal stenosis in the low back and neck. I was at the point of having to walk with my cane most of the time. After the 3rd or 4th visit I have only used it when we are doing extended walking at certain events. Even then it is for just in case. All of the chiropractors have been awesome. They actually read your chart to know they know what you need. They care about your financial situation too. I highly recommend these folks for any age.

Been my chiropractor for 2 years now. Back always feels better after adjustment. My 2 daughters now get treatments on their problems ankle and back and are feeling better and love this chiropractor. Thank You

This is probably the best physical therapy in all of Az they are very welcoming. My wife had a problem with her back and they showed us everything that is causing her pain. Not only do they help their patients they pay attention to our needs as parents and had toys for our son to play with while getting a consultation. Very friendly staff and will always work with you financially! Like I said the best around. Definitely would recommend everyone to come here!

I do not believe in chiropractors… this establishment is far from a normal chiropractor‘s office, they are so professional! Hands down they have fixed any injury I have had which is so unusual they approach it completely different. They’re all above and beyond. it’s quick and extremely thorough. I will give this place 20 stars if I could! I feel like a different person!Thank you team!

So far so good! Exams, treatment plan, and the payment plan were all laid out simply, leaving little to question. Dr. Morgan has been fantastic. I’ve only been twice so far, and my neck and upper back are feeling better already! Thanks Gilbert Physical Medicine!

Update on 05/23: No response to my review or the phone request my wife made few months back.Original review:My read on this location: "I want money", if you ask for refund I am going to snub you. I would say it was an unprofessional and unethical response from the front desk. The front desk in my opinion is the face of any business, but I want to give the benefit of doubt to this place.I would give -1 star if there was an option. My wife purchased a spinal decompression package of 10 sessions for $450, they gave her 2 more sessions as an introductory offer. It is simple math, $45 per session for 10 or $37.5 per session with the offer. My wife took one or two sessions, but it didn't help. She then went to an orthopedic surgeon, based on the MRI the orthopedic doctor did not see any reason for taking decompression sessions. She then called the front desk, here is what they told her: As per the person who spoke to get the cost of one spinal decompression session is $116, so they will deduct $232 from $450 paid for 10 or 12 sessions. Yeh, and that was not a friendly conversation.By the way I should also mention that none of the treatments they offered helped my wife which included adjustment, and trigger point injections.I hope there is someone at the front desk who thinks shouting and snubbing is the way to go, and not the whole facility supports that kind of behavior and hope it is not only about money.

All the staff at Gilbert Physical Medicine has been outstanding. They are all very knowledgeable, friendly, and really care about their patients. I was hardly able to walk because of intense pain from my sciatic nerve when I started my treatments there and now I am able to walk and do things again with little to no pain at all.
