I will update this review if anything changes. My truck was involved in a hit and run while parked on 8/27. The police caught the driver and it took some time to get his insurance to comply. I brought my truck to Painters on 9/25. My check engine light was not on before the accident or after the accident when I dropped it off with them. All sensors and the A/C were working perfectly. The repairs were completed quickly and I was told my truck was ready to be picked up 9/27. When I went to leave with it there were 2 alerts. One was a parking sensor and the other was my check engine light. They took it back and told me it was a sensor harness and that a rear sensor was also not working. They replaced the harness and told me my truck was ready 9/29. I asked on the phone if there were any alerts and was told there were not. When I picked it up the check engine light was still on. I was told the alert was "cleared" before I went to pick it up. I was also told the A/C was not working at one point. Now I am being told it needs to go to the dealer and if they don't say it was a result of the accident or repairs then I have to pay. My check engine light was not on before taking it to them, all sensors were working, as was the A/C. It has to be a result of something they did. I do not agree with having to pay anything. I expect a company to be responsible for my vehicle while they have it and I expect a repair facility to return my vehicle in better condition than I left it. Take your vehicle there at your own risk.

Precision was the shop I choose to get my truck repaired after being rear ended on the freeway.The truck was fixed ahead of schedule. There was a minor warranty work that needed to be done, but they went above and beyond to ensure they did it right!I appreciate how respectful and courteous everyone is at PCC. This is definitely the shop you should choose if you can!

I took my truck to Painters Collision Center and couldn't be happier. It was anticipated the job would take a few days, but they actually replaced my bumper the same day! Did an exceptional job. Every person that works there was happy, friendly and very accommodating. Would most definitely highly recommend them.

The staff at Painters Collision Chandler made what was a miserable day into a wonderful experience when my 3 week old Rav4 was hit. From the minute I walked into the facility, Marystellar and the other young lady at the desk made me feel at ease. The estimator and even the young man who drove us home were friendly and comforting. We had received estimates from three other repair facilities, but because of the friendliness and customer service, we chose to go through PCC and we are extremely happy that we did.

I can't say enough good things about this place. All the ladies in the Chandler office rock! After my new car (4 months) and I were hit, they did everything to get it back to beautiful quickly. Sam really took care of my worries and concerns and Tyler kept me updated. I really appreciate how wonderful and responsive they were.

I am a returning customer. The 1st encounter was a major accident repair that was a phenomenal repair with no delays. Today I had another incident that seemed like it was more than it was. A young lady, Marystella, checked it out and had the shop look at it right away. 15 minutes later it was as good as new. I was saved a lot of time and money. Their customer service and workmanship is impeccable. Thank you!

My car was rear ended last week, Painters was able to get my vehicle in quickly after the accident. The staff very friendly and polite. The level of workmanship was outstanding as well. Their lobby is very nice as well.

Got told by geico to come here after i got rear ended.Guy came out, looked at my car, and said he wouldn't work on it because it was lifted and "modified" and was too much of a liability.The only damage done was to the hatch door, a rear taillight, and a pinch in the frame after the rear wheel and pillar....all of which have literally nothing to do with the upgraded suspension and bigger tires.
