This is the best pharmacy I have ever had business with. First of all, they always answer the phone immediately. Second of all, they’re always pleasant and professional. And third whatever the issue is they work with you to solve it and help you in anyway they can. I can’t recommend this pharmacy more and they should be very proud of the people that work there.

The Fry's location at 714 S Val Vista Dr, Gilbert, AZ 85296 is always out of 50% of what I need. Produce looks ok at first but other locations have better selection and better quality. The staff has one or two polite people but the rest are awful. Especially in Bakery, Butcher and Deli. Don't waste your time. Go to the location at Cooper and Warner or Baseline and Gilbert.

the pharmacy has nice people, but they are terribly trained. They get the prescriptions right about 50% of the time when calling in meds. buyer beware.

Returned some old peanuts that evidently were on the shelf too long. Manager acted like I was a criminal. I didn't have my receipt so we pulled it up on the app. He blamed me because I bought them August 12 and I returned them September 2. I bought 4 cans that day, I threw two cans away, and decided I would return these two, since I just opened them. He was rude, and acted like it was my fault these peanuts were rancid. Typical attitude from employees at this store. Upper management needs to find out why these people aren't trained in customer service. I've sent two complaints to corporate, but no answer from Kroger's.

I love the employees here! The employees are always so kind and friendly, and they always deliver excellent customer service. I shop at this location every chance I get because of the customer service here! The team here really makes this location successful!

It's kind of a convoluted checkout if you really look at the prices you're not getting anything for a discount it's a yellow tag and then if you go to the deli and the cheesecake and the stuff they sell it's really terrible food probably most tasteless food. Next anybody consider why does store have such a convoluted checkout systemYes they have many items but so over priced

The Clicklist crew is struggling. Came to pick up my order and a guy came out to tell me it wasn't ready and won't be ready until the next day and I just need to call and check if it's ready before I come. I drive all the way home and then I get a phone call saying my order is ready and that I need to be there in the next 15 minutes before the grocery section for online orders closed. There's always a problem with the phones when trying to reach them. Overall the whole system needs work

Poor customer service. Disrespectful employees and assistant manager. Bad attitudes all around. So what to do? I just dish it right back at them. All of a sudden everyone's acting helpful like they should have been in the first place.

They don't take Apple Pay/ contactless payments, I think it's the Starbucks inside that accepts it cause both self checkout and regular checkout don't take it even though it says they do

This pharmacy ROCKS! I was having trouble getting the urgent care I went to to send over the correct medication for over a couple of hours and this pharmacy team took my number to inform me if it didnt come in, called the urgent care for me to get the correct medication sent over, and waited a little bit past their lunch so I could get my meds and finally feel some relief. Best experience I could have asked for. You guys are the best.

I don't know who "Rebecca" is, but insulting customers telling them they "are too poor" and "should not be allowed to shop here" is absolutely NOT acceptable followed up with a "I've worked here long enough, they cant fire me". I get you hate your job but to take it out on customers is beyond poor behavior. I will not shop at a establishment that literally insults their customers. Who does that?This as always will be swept under the rug by the company. But people should be aware when they shop there you will get insulted by "Rebecca".

I won't lie, I got lost day dreaming while driving and ran across this store. I figured since I needed things from the store that I middas well go here. I've never been on this side of the tracks. The store is kind of hidden if you ask me but perhaps it's just me. It's pushed back in the lot where it's located. Upon entrance, the first thing that I noticed is that it feels really small compared to other locations. I also noticed that, I didn't see any employees which, I'm thinking, either they are very short staff orrrr they don't wear uniforms here. Odd I noticed that this store doesn't feel kept up products weren't organized, freezer doors appeared dirty and the isles weren't clean. I ran in, got my items which were the same price as other fry's stores but, I did find great deals on "MORNING STAR" products, which is a plus since I'm finishing up a "no meat" challenge. I was able to grab the"Morning star" Burgers which were yummy and hotdogs which actually taste like real hot dogs. Plant based food can be expensive but these were a steal at $3.99 a box/bag. I won't return to this location because of it's dirty vibes and lack of employees around. It was an odd experience to be honest, but each is own. I was happy with my Gatorade and "Morning star" items.

This one star is for Supervisor, Chrystal. She's at the Fry's off of Val Vista and Warner. She calls out employees in front of customers. (and for ridiculous things- just to make herself known that she's a superior) It's not right. It's unprofessional. I've been coming to this Fry's for 8 years and have never seen such a rude, inconsiderate "manager." She never says "thank you"- she never says "please." She's a bully. Hopefully, someone higher up will see this and do something.
