I have been shopping at FRYS for Years off and on.. my digital coupons never work although customer service always corrects my pricing but what a hassle every time.. I never receive fuel points or receive my coupons. Today I went to customer service for a price adjustment on soda and found Angie! She took the time and took my phone fixed and linked my account correctly to my phone number so NOW everything should work correctly.. I always get things sorted out eventually but now I will no longer have to stand in customer service line to get my refunds. I would highly recommend allowing Angie to correctly train all associates at the customer service counters in the east valley on how to FIX their issues rather than bandaging them. It would save the consumer as well as the employees alot of time and years of frustration! Thank you Angie!!

Sadly, the manager they have at the moment does not focus on providing good customer service. I had to leave the errand because they did not want to give me the digital coupon on some cases of water. They forced me to download the Fry's application and they still did not want me. Help I do not recommend this particular Fry's store I have never had such a bad experience before

I've been sitting in pickup spot 5 for about 45 minutes. I watched one of their agents load my order into someone else's car after being here for 15 minutes. Then a lone representative walks across the parking lot to my car to tell me that they've contacted the person with my order and they'll be coming back to give it to me. I asked for my order to be re-picked, and I'm glad I did because the person never returned with my order to begin with. After another 20 minutes I asked to speak to a manager, then entered the store and talked to Harry, who assured me it would be only another 30 minutes of waiting in the parking lot. I will never place an order at Fry's again.

The Fry’s always has big issues with items showing in stock on the website, and then they end up not having the items. I’ve had orders over 50% out of stock. The Boost membership isn’t even worth it because I have to always go back to get what’s missing. Orders at other Fry’s have been great, but this store is horrible with their stock levels being wrong.

Large supermarket with a wide variety of products. Starbucks located inside. Self checkout as well as full-service checkout. Deli, bakery, acceptable liquor selection, plenty of fresh produce.

I very nicely asked the manager, Tim, if he would honor the digital coupon for an item because my phone did not have enough storage to download the app which was the only way to get the coupon. I even showed him on my phone. If he was not able to do it I would have been fine with that, but instead he started speaking to me so rudely, saying I tried this same stunt with him last week. I was confused, I politely corrected him saying he must have me mistaken with someone else, I don't shop at that frys and I've never spoken to him or even seen him in my life, but he continued with this strange accusation that I asked him to use a digital coupon last week. Ok, that is simply not true, however, even if that had been the case, which it was not, is that a crime to ask if they can honor digital coupons without you downloading the app? Because that's how he was treating me, like I was some sort of criminal, it was bizarre to say the least. Finally I just left. It wasn't about the discount, it's about customer service. I was being treated as if I'm stealing or lying for asking for a digital coupon. Ridiculous. I left about $45 dollars worth of groceries, was a one dollar coupon really worth treating a customer that way when they were running a coupon special anyway? I gave them a chance but I'll be headed back to my trusty Safeway. I definitely won't be back to frys.

I don't shop here except I have to for work. Alyssa little teenager girl needs not only training but an attitude adjustment. Managers like Michael are supposed to take fault and apologize for such rudeness but his sympathy lies with the little white girl. Shout out to Tim for handling business properly but an apology would be nicer than an excuse from both Alyssa for her rudeness and ignorance and Mike for making me feel like nothing would come from my call about the girl which he also witnessed from the help desk. I would AVOID this branch of Fry's. Go to a different one, if you can. There were two items marked on sale and was verified by another associate, but when I got to the front, a different cashier lady claimed only one was on sale. It was upsetting, and we ended up just cancelling the other item. Then after, she was asking for a copy of our receipt? Always went to a different Frys and this was the FIRST time this happened to me. Never going there again.

This Fry’s store never has enough cashiers. They insist us paying on registers without operators to avoid pay few more minimum salaries. Shame on them!
