Watch the cashiers like a hawk! I almost always have to point out a coupon or sale price that didn't get applied. On Wednesday, I got charged for 2 gal. of milk that I didn't want or receive.

I feel sick to my stomach! We always go to this Frys as it’s right next to our home, but NOT ANYMORE! The employee with the gauges was clipping her nails over the produce while unloading to put it away for people to buy! I’m so disgusted! We tried calling but were hung up on multiple times! We will now be going to Albertsons a few miles away.

Will not be returning . The deli counter employees are terrible. They will be rude or leave the counter or assist other customers behind you if you ask for your deli meats shaved . I have reported to corporate. Shame on you .

Terrible service. They did not close for another 15 minutes but refused to let me come in. I only needed to get one item. I’ve been to many other places that will happily let you shop will the minute they are closed. And the second you are closed I will leave. But seriously I only needed one thing. It was an emergency item. Very unprofessional and disrespectful of the management to sit there chatting while the teenagers are allowed to refuse customers the last 15 minutes.

I only use this store because of how close I live to it but I am repeatedly disappointed in their customer service and inability to properly stock their shelves. My dislike for this location was compounded today attempting to use their pharmacy. I received a text my prescription was ready and I live 2 mins away. By the time I got there they were closing the pharmacy for lunch and I was told.to come back in a half hr. They didn't even offer to take care of me since I was there. I hate this store, the manager needs to get his or her store together

As a disabled person, I was treated very badly at the service desk and was told that she only wanted lottery tickets and nothing else and that I needed to go to the self checkout. Later she told me to go to shop at Albertsons if I didn't like it ?

I am very disappointed in the level of customer service at the drive-thru pharmacy. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but I just experienced for the second time where the person in the drive-thru was extremely rude. When someone asks you a clarifying question. You should not continue to repeat "that is what I said" in a rude tone. If you do not want to interact with people, then you should never apply to your current job. I have officially transitioned my prescriptions to another pharmacy. If leadership would like to reach out, I certainly can inform you exactly who I spoke to on both occasions.
