I went into self check out today and the lady that was running the self checkout was very rude to me she said something to me and I had stated that I don’t hear well in noisy situations and I preceded to make small talk with her and said it was hard as a young man in clubs and stuff having this disability and lots of times I’d just agree with people she then remarked that is rude and and she can’t believe how rude people can be I’m
Standing there thinking what’s rude is you bashing me because I have a hearing problem she then proceeded to harass the customer behind me his register was broken and it kept messing up he asked if he could switch and she said no you have to stay on this one witch made my visit even worse because he was my ride home so not only was I called rude for having a disability my ice cream was now halfway melted fry’s you need to do better this is not acceptable I worked customer service as a kid and wouldn’t have ever did what was done to me and my ride to someone ever

They have those fancy fridges that instead of glass to see the options they have digital screens on the outside front and a button for responding to voiced questions.

Seems like a nice grocery store, but every time I come here the store stinks. It’s overwhelming, and makes me not want to shop here.

I like the vibe of the fry’s but please do something about the smell.
It literally smells like rotten produce in the front , in the back it smells like bad dog food, in the middle of the store it also smells like bad dog food. It makes me nauseous being here.
Pls fix this. Thank you.

I was greeted by Sara, the manager as I was checking out. It’s great to see customer service still actually exists and today’s day and age. A friendly smile brief chitchat on how my day is going goes way. I think her and her team for making me feel welcome.

Just had the extreme displeasure of being rang up by Linda on register 9. Beyond rude, and when it comes time to ID us for alcohol purchase, she gets this spur face and forces her hound out, like a child, not saying a single world of request for the ID. Then, when it came time to accept my cash, she gave me a real starchy look like I'm a criminal and put some extra effort into the bill check. I tried to lighten the tension with a little joke/fact about the new hundreds, and she snapped with a monstrous retort. On top of this extreme uneasy feeling I was put in, I was also overcharged 5 dollars for a marked down price. This can't be your face of customer service. This is beyond acceptable.

Heavy, rancid smell throughout the store. It’s been a month since I’ve visited this location and once I walked in I was gagged by the smell inside of rotten something. I’ve shopped here for 2+ years and it’s never smelled this bad. To be owned by one of the largest mega-corporations of the world and smell like that inside has got to be really embarrassing.
