I purchased a pricey blanket from their website, expecting high quality, but was disappointed to find it has an overpowering chemical odor that persists even after several washes. When I tried to leave an honest review on their site since their return policy would be a waste of time, it was promptly deleted. Unfortunately, the blanket is now unusable, especially around my baby, making it a total waste of money.

This is my new favorite store!! I am so obsessed with all of the cutie items for myself and all of the kids clothes. The staff is so amazing, kind, genuine, and HELPFUL!!! I love that it is a small business and nothing is overpriced. If you haven’t been in the store you absolutely need to check it out. This store is such a slay ✨

We love Forever French! I found them when I was pregnant with my son and I was so obsessed with the prints. Love the neutral vibes! Her prints are amazing and the quality is amazing. I always get my orders super fast.

It can definitely get pricey in there, so I recommend putting a limit on yourself lol!

It was my first time placing an order with this company, I placed my order July 31st and haven’t received all my pieces and when I received the one package I was devastated by how much I spent to get it in poor condition. Small business I have purchased from have better packaging without me spending so much money. You also have to pay for a package protection fee for what when you still have your packages missing.

It was my first time placing an order with this company, I was excited to find a boutique that carried bamboo pjs. I have not yet received my order( I just placed it) 2 days ago but I am really turned off by the customer service I encountered. I was shopping a sale that was take an additional 30 off all sale items. Well i had to email customer service about the discount code not being entered at checked, I emailed 2 mins after my order was placed and I got a very snarky short email response, claiming I used a code so they will not give me another one. I then explained that I didn’t use a code I did spend 100$ to get free shipping but didn’t use a code.. so confused I asked to explain what discount I got. She then replied with I used free shipping but said I refunded you the additional sale amt. then I asked if you couldn’t use both a discount code with the free shipping on orders 100 or more, and nothing no response. Just the initial email to begin with being so rude and short was enough for Me to never shop here again. Pretty disappointed considering they talk family and love being their entire brand! I love to shop small I love to shop family owned but they need to work on the way they handle customer service.

I was so excited for my products from this store. I ordered over $300 worth of products, including a $170 diaper bag and never received my items. When trying to reach out to the company because I’m $300 out with no items that I needed for my baby and asking if anything could be done they GHOSTED me. For a company who revolves around family products I can’t believe their customer service practices.
