I really like this place! Everyone is so nice, and they have a variety of treats that my dog loves. The doctor was patient and was always able to explain things in a clear way for me to understand. I'm so glad I found them.

Having your pet get sick is always scary but when I come here the staff has always been friendly and puts me at ease. This morning a staff member even went out their way and brought me some tea in the room. It may seem like a little thing but I was very stressed and the kind gesture made feel a little better. They are very accommodating.

Have spent thousands here. Past visits have been decent. Last visit, whatever "vet" we had was the worst vet we have ever been to in over 20 years of owning dogs. 2 dogs appointments scheduled together. The tech was great. The Dr spent a total of 90 seconds in the room to provide wellness checks for 2 dogs. Wish I knew her name, but she did not even introduce herself. Olive skinned lady with dark hair. Absolutely horrible "vet". She never spoke to us directly and only spoke with the tech in the room. The horrible "vet" was enough for us to seek and find another vet office. We will not be back. The Tech Kayla was beyond awesome.

This place is literally the best. We have been taking my dog here for years and now my new kitten, and we are always given the best treatment and kindness every time we need to come in. My dog got neutered here not too long ago and ended up opening his sutures same day. They had me come straight back and took him back to inspect. Closed his sutures and said he was exceptionally swollen and to bring him back next day for some either laser or ultrasound treatment (I don't remember) to help with the swelling. No additional charge. Recently I've had to bring our new kitten in multiple times for not eating and vomiting. They've been so accommodating at getting her in and very good at explaining everything including options of diagnostics and treatments and why they would recommend whatever it is they think your pet may need. My dog loves coming to the vet here because he knows he will always be spoiled. On top of the great and friendly staff, the facility is beautiful and so clean. 10/10 recommend to everyone looking for a vet

I have beening us Arizona Animal Wellness Center for almost 5 years. I first brought my new puppy Miles there and he was diagnosed with Parvo in 2019. They took great care of him and he survived! Fast forward to this June. They got me in for an urgent appointment when my elderly chihuahua became unwell. Turns out he had had stroke and we choose to put him down. They were so carrying and compassionate during this difficult time. A few month later I got a new puppy Molly and they got her in right away when she needed meds after her spay. MCACC did the day but said she was too young for meds, AAWC got us in the next day and gave her meds. A week later she was seen right away for kennel cough and today we did her 2nd shots. They may not be the cheapest but they are kind, caring and have a good availability!

My dog is 11.5 and had an appointment scheduled for a small operation. The vet said he would call so we could discuss his thyroid levels then never called. I followed up the next day and was told he would call at the end of the day and he did not call. The following day he did call and said they won't be do the operation anymore because I disagree with the amount of pharmaceuticals they are shoving down his throat. You're much better off finding a homeopathic vet as they did more damage to him than actual help. Very unprofessional and downright rude.

Brought my daughters dog in for a check up. The staff are really friendly. They asked all the right questions to get to Lulús checked out. Lobby is clean and odor free. They have treats for your pet. After they accessed her they came up with a solution to get her squared away.

Staff was amazing! I was able to make a same day appointment and I felt the staff genuinely cared about the animals there. All the information I received was very informative and I was given different options based on the plans of care that were available. Additionally, they are fast with responding and check-up on you to see how things are going after your pet has been seen. Highly recommend.(:

Large CARING animal clinic. Everyone from the moment we walked in was very nice and caring. Dr Colton was an angel! He made sure we knew all the options for my pet and gave me reasurance that my decision and questions were okay. I would recommend this clinic to everyone, whether you own a dog or cat.

I was so upset with my visit because of one worker in particular. She didn't ask to pet my dog and fed her treats and CANNED CHEESE without even asking me. It is odd that any person working in a vet clinic would give dogs fake cheese knowing how it can affect their stomachs, all while not even getting permission to do so. She lied to me saying it was "puppy" cheese and her coworker had to come over and show her the can - that it was in fact for humans. It's really disheartening because we had the best vet tech ever and the lady up front ruined my experience overall, while their techs are working so hard behind closed doors. I came in the clinic already anxious for my puppy and they just made it so much worse. That was until we had our vet tech - who was an absolute angel and really helped me feel better. This is my reasoning for the 2 stars. It should be common sense to always ask a dog's owner to pet or feed their dog especially when it is not your animal. And my puppy is already having to deal with an infection, so human food is definitely not going to help heal her. I don't even know why they have canned fake cheese as a treat - that is so absurd!! I would love to talk to a manager and let them know of my experience because your worker has no manners and no integrity.

The staff at Arizona Animal Wellness are are absolutely amazing. We've been taking our dogs here for over 5 years and the staff are always welcoming, friendly, and care for them as if they were their own. We've had to go in for urgent care services a few times and the team has done everything they can to get us in as soon as possible without compromising care. They're always upfront with our treatment options and pricing. We are so thankful for the entire staff there; thank you for taking such good care of our girls.
