I have been working out with FBBC for going on four weeks now and I absolutely love it! The coaches are so energetic and encouraging and I love the environment. I lost 10 lbs my first 3 weeks by attending and changing my eating habits. Strongly recommend giving it a try.

I’ll just say this, I hit a plateau in my weight loss journey, so I decided to try FitBody South Gilbert. In exactly 30 days I’ve lost exactly 20lbs. Their whole program just hits differently. There are lots of others I know personally now who had the same experience. Try it. YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY YOU DID.Ok, so I know I said I’ll just say one thing, but I just have to say one more thing.. the coaches/staff there are AWESOME. They meet you where you’re at, listen to your goals and needs, and help you achieve everything you wanted and more. What are you waiting for? #LETSGO

These are 45 mins bootcamps that only amount to about 20 mins of exercise not counting rest. The cons are the cost, very high cost for what is offered. There is a lot of competition out there, if you charge a lot, you should offer a lot more. Sometimes we have to get creative with weights if everyone in your group uses the same amount as you. The carpet is dirty. I hated doing exercises that brought me to the ground because it may get vacuumed but needs shampooing with all the feet and sweat. Grosses me out honestly. No social media presence. I do think if you advertised classes more then you'd have more interest. Advertising a word of the week felt silly rather than inspiring. The app never had the right coaches listed. Not a big deal but this was over 50% of the time where the actual coach was not the one listed. I hate the stretch routine. Why stretch my legs for 4 weeks when you do arms, core, cardio, etc. Most of the time, no one actually did what was written. I saw a lot of awful form but the stations go so fast, not really an opportunity to correct it. Depending on your group, people didn't interact with each other much so I kept to myself. I also would've liked more variety than just arms and legs, upper lower or push pull kind of rotations.

If you are music motivated, If you are group workout motivated, If you need to get the best workout in you can in 30 minutes because you don't have time,If you want to have fun training, this is the place to be. Go see Stacy, and she'll take great care of you!

Classes are different every time you go so I can work on all body parts within the week. The coaches are encouraging and upbeat and Angel, the admin, is friendly and efficient.

Love this place, if you are looking for a good place to workout and to learn about what you should be eating and how to become healthier than this is the place for you. It's only a 30 minute workout but I promise you get what you pay for and I will never go back to a regular gym after being a part of this fitbody family. Highly recommend

Joined Fit Body Bootcamp about a month ago and I am loving it so far. Was referred to Fit Body through AFC Physical Medicine & Chiropractic. I was told that the coaches would be available to adjust workouts as needed in conjunction with the treatment I am receiving at AFC and that's 100% correct. The coaches are great and are willing to adjust any workout to accommodate your needs. In addition to having great coaches and workouts they offer a nutrition tips, and meal plans. The coaches make the classes so fun and are always checking in to make sure your needs are being met and you're on track for your goals. I've also met some really nice people in the classes I've attended. If you're looking for a place with good workouts and friendly people, this is the place to be!
