Danny the teller needs more training on customers service he was quite rude seem like he didn't even want to help me I always go in and have a great experience with all the other tellers for my quick in and out back errands. It's your job to help and count back any change to verify it's accurate.

It's annoying when they take money out for cash reserves fee, but do not send any notice when doing so. The only way I know it's happened is by searching through transactions. It would be nice to receive a notice in case i didn't have enough money. Also, every time I come in to withdraw money, they ask multiple times what I'm doing with my money.

Most people are not aware that 1st bank is pretty much owned by an esop.Which means the employee's pretty much on the bankSo as far as service goes they're pretty good but just wait until you run into a rude employee or have a problem with them remember the employee is always right and the customer is always wrong!!!!!!!

Called all the major banks and most didn’t answer or put me on hold. 1stBank picked up right away, answered my question about having $2 bills and then had it ready right when I walked in. Super professional and nice. Will call them again next time I have any banking needs.

Have banked here for many years. I love it. Every time you walk in it's like "Everybody knows your name" from the song on Cheers. Better customer service than all other BIG BANKS by far.

Love this bank - everyone seems to remember me and always a warm and friendly hello whenever I walk in the door, can call customer service any time of day and get a live person!
