We have been with Farmers and Scott for over 6-7 yrs. We love that he is always available to discuss our policies. In the past we used a company that we spoke with random people about new quotes. I've been with Scott Froehle and Farmers Insurance Agency for almost 20 years. I've had to submit claims for both windshields and fender benders. In every instance Scott and Farmers have provided incredible service, prompt returns of calls and easy access to customer service and their claims department. I've never gotten the "run around", delays or games, that can occur with other insurance agencies. I highly recommend Farmers for anyone looking for an honest and professional outfit.
