My wife and decided to look for a new/different insurance agent several months ago. We had never had a claim with the existing homeowner's insurance or any previous homeowner's insurance company but we were not happy with the lack of communication and feeling of being nothing more than a number whenever we did reach out to the agent with questions.
We were not specifically searching for a Farmers Insurance agent. We were less concerned with the company than we were with the agent. After calling several different agents representing several different companies, we decided to meet with Marc and discuss our options. We were searching for an agent who offered suggestions, was concerned for our best interest, was personable, and understood the insurance we needed.
We found all of this in Marc Sollee's office. Everyone in his office welcomed us, was very prompt in answering questions, and was extremely professional while maintaining a personal, friendly atmosphere. Marc was very knowledgeable and offered us the policy we needed. We never felt "over-sold" or "under-sold". We left feeling we were able to purchase the exact insurance that we needed.
As time has gone by, we have expanded our coverage to include more than the original homeowner's policy with which we started. We couldn't be happier with an agent than we are with Marc. He is very responsive in answering questions. Each time we have added something, Marc has been prompt in delivering the necessary paperwork and answering any questions we have had. He is by far the best agent with which we have ever worked. His advice has been spot on. We sleep better knowing we have the necessary insurance with an agent that cares about us. Five stars is not enough.

Shout out to Marc and his team of agents, Especially Cody! Marc directed me to Cody to work on a few quotes. I was in the market for new insurance policy that was lateral to the policy I had with my TX insurance. I moved to AZ and my former insurance didn't cover AZ, so I needed something quick and that wouldn't break the bank. After various quotes with other agents from other agency's, Cody here at Farmer's is the one that focused on my budget and needs. He helped me bundle my insurance for an even better rate, which was lower than what I was paying with my TX policy! Wow! Cody made me feel like my request mattered and he was very flexible with me. I was even willing to buffer $50 on top of my former policy as I understand how rates have gone up in recent years. Cody was able to help me get the coverage I needed for both my autos and renter's insurance that saved me an additional $25/month. Now I get to enjoy my refunds from the old insurance company knowing that I saved overall! Thank you sooooo much, Cody!

We recently purchased a new car for our 22 year old son and needed auto insurance immediately. We are 30+ Farmers' clients in CA but needed coverage in AZ. We called Marc (who was recommended by our agent) late on a Friday afternoon. Marc was extremely personable, responsive and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get us the coverage we needed.
