My sons had an exam and the doctor was great! The only issue was Kaitlyn. I am moving my family to another company. I will be letting my friends and family know about the customer service I received. The experience was very unprofessional by Kaitlyn. I will be filling a formal complaint with VSP to remove this company from the “within network” Many of my colleagues have had the same experiences.

The doctor is very friendly and knowledgeable and he answered all of my questions. I felt very confident that I was in good hands. The staff was also very friendly and helpful as well. This is the second time I have been at this location for an eye exam and glasses and have been very happy. I will continue to come to this location for my eye exams and glasses.

Very professional, nice and the exam was the best one I've had. My only issue is the prices, frames and lenses are so expensive and very small selection, Coach, MK, D&G. They hv a small selection of almost affordable frames. Lenses are still very pricey

The doctor was very professional and seemed knowledgeable but couldn’t perform another procedure due to problems with their machine, but the receptionist was very unkind, condescending, and rude to say the least, very unprofessional and made our visit unpleasant. She didn't want to explain anything about my daughter’s contacts and was trying to push us to buy them there instead of providing further information about prices and insurance coverage.

The doctor was extremely unprofessional. She had to serve as the tech in beginning because of how short staffed the office was. She never introduced herself and I only realized she was the doctor once I was actually in the exam chair. During the exam, I could tell how rushed she was. It was by far the worst customer service by a doctor that I have ever received.
